Hi,
Can anyone help? I wanted to recycle my old iphone 8g 3g and after comparing quotes I decided to use thephonebuyer.com.They offered me £92 and I duly sent my phone away. I then recieved an email with a revised offer of £25 which I emailed back the same day that I did not accept it. The phone was working perfectly and had a screen protector on it. After 2 weeks I checked my bank and £25 had been put in. I have since then sent countless emails saying that I did not accept the offer and they have just said that because they did not get me emails then- tough. i have even sent over a copy of the emails I have sent.
As it is a difference of £67 I am not a happy bunny. Has anyone got any advice???
Thanks in advance

Small claims. Silly to give them bank details really, At least with a cheque you could have sent it back.
I doubt there is much else you can do. Might need to check back here for a few days to
see if anyone else has been in this position & could advise further.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
