If he is on contract with TMobile, he will be unable to get a PAC code until his contract has ended or is paid off.

If he is on PAYG and gives TMobile a call, they will issue a PAC and he can transfer his number over to O2.

If the phone is unlocked, he can carry on using his TMobile SIM in the new phone but will need to request the internet settings from TMobile.

you need to get the O2 phone unlocked at a market stall or shop ( unless its from Carphonewarehouse in which case its possibly unlocked)

then just put the sim card in the new phone

then enter his mobile number here

  • Hi,

if he is able to use old sim in new phone, he will need to make sure that all his contacts are saved to sim card, some folks just save them to phone.
