Not sure if confused do it, but there is an anecdotal evidence that if you enter in some comparison websites that you have had a non fault claim, that you start receiving calls / emails from ambulance chasers offering their services
Yeah , i have had this too !
Shortly after i entered our details into the comparison sites (the only flipping time i put correct details into the sites!) i started to get calls to my mobile and the callers were asking for my OH who was the one who had actually had the accident.
The first time i asked who was calling and they wouldnt tell me (even though i had a fair idea as its always my mobile number i give were insurance etc is concerned) and so each and every time they called after that i simply told them "sorry , wrong number" !
They gave up after a few weeks.The loopy one has gone :j0
