You can do it Mum2three. I know you can. Stick to something simple and boring like shampoo or something that you can reel a review off quickly without going into too much detail. I'll have to get my mojo back after Christmas but it should be easy with lots of new nice things to review. :)

Emma - I've sent you my name and address. I hope you don't mind, and I do really hope your diziness doesn't last too long. It sounds like you have an ear infection. :(

Rufus - Enjoy your film with GS. Are you going to watch something Christmassy? I watched my first Christmas film of the year on Friday - it really get's you in the mood.

Legend - I hope you managed to sort out a pic for January.

Foxy - I hope you feel better soon too. Have a lovely time at the Christmas Market.

Just a reminder to everyone S&S today, and also don't forget the Christmas comp on Quidco, it's for £100 John Lewis vouchers today. :)

    Afternoon all

The film didnt come off Elysia, our dvd player is playing up, I think its where OH keeps pulling the tv out to paint etc and the plugs are loose. I am too scared to try anything in case I make it worse. GS decided he wanted to go home early anyway so I have been amusing myself watching some tv I recorded and getting dinner done for tonight so I can watch the Grand Prix this afternoon.

2nd page - what is that all about! Just rewatching last nights X Factor whilst waiting for dinner to cook, how good was Amelia Lily's first performance, gave me goose bumps!
Doing some ebay listings too so had quite a productive day, thinking about listing on fb - I know Legend does really well on there!
Have put all my wrapped gifts back in the attic today, ready to do my next lot of wrapping!
Will be sending the emails out tonight during X Factor - don't forget to pass on the codes to your nearest and dearest to keep within the true tradition of Secret Santa, but if you can't do this then it really doesn't matter!

legend your ds is really cute and is a fab elf!

it is ds2's birthday party today - 12 of them watching Kung Fu Panda 2 on the projector. I spent yesterday making up party bags and today clearing the house and making food. only another hour and they will be going home! I took the dog for a walk for an hour - I thought that would be the easier option!
saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200
    £60 deposit paid :j £100 paid:j £40 paid:j

    Afternoon all

I was feeling a bit down earlier with my Folksy shop as the sales were not going as I hoped for this time of year so I went on and lowered the prices of everything a little bit and I have sold a bag already so it has cheered me up.

Bunbun - I hope DS had a great party, and that there is peace and quiet for you now. 12 of them? - You're brave. :) The most I've ever had is 8, but I'm mean. :)

Thank you Foxy. OH's week off starts tomorrow so he can get whatever it is. I was doing what Rufus did - Last weekend I posted that I thought he was off last week. LOL.

Well done on your sale Rufus - I hope you're happy with the price. It won't be any good if you're working for nothing - but there again, if you don't sell anything you're not earning any money either. Ignore my rambling. LOL.

I've done nothing today apart from cook dinner and a survey or two. I have some things for ebay, I might list later. I actually sat a watched a couple of films for a change.

  • Evening all :)

Bunbun - Hope the party went well. Last year was dd1's 13th and we had 30 teenagers + my three and a friend for dd2. That was mad lol! trouble is, it's dd2's 13th in May and she is now expecting the same!

I'm getting really excited about recieving the secret santa choices :) Right, I'm off to do some surveys and then want to start wrapping some pressies as not started yet and need to get them wrapped before any ones starts trying to peek at them.

Rufus - I've just been and had a look at folksy. I can't see why your things haven't been selling, they were the right prices to start with. You'll do really well now I hope.

I felt all motivated and thought I'd get started on setting up my shop. It won't even let me register - it keeps saying only numbers and letters are allowed - that's all I'm using.
