You are doing so well Boat Girl. It's great that you are expressing too. It gives you a chance to do other things, and Tabi and OH can have special bonding time.
Skiergirl - oh very nice. I got an email about it last week, but I keep forgetting to log in. We'll all have to post and remind each other every morning.
Rufus - I hope you are having a lovely evening. I bet everyone loves your new outfit.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

On the comp board/thread, someone said you can sort the comps by what's ending soonest, how do you do that, if you don't mind me asking? I'm getting the bug now. I entered some on the local radio station last night. You've got to be in it, to win it.

You stealing my motto now Elysia lol, I always say that when people ask me how I win so many prizes! Well if you don't enter you haven't got a chance, so go for it!
DJ - the product test is with Boots - an eye cream I've got to use for 4 weeks and then have some photos taken. I get the product as well which is great!
The millenium falcon - I have about £60 to spend so the more lego I can get for this the better, may go for the mid scale one and then can get DS something else as well!
I love the Secret Santa idea, the one the mum2one does is what i was thinking of, getting myself all confused!
I am happy to go along with whatever everyone wants to do. Hers does work well tho!
I had a perfume party last night (and a bit of jewellery and makeup thrown in) and ended up with sales of over £500, gaining 15% commission for myself, It was amazing, and I have a personalised perfume designed by moi!!! And for every £15 spent I got a free bracelet, so the kids teachers Christmas gifts are also sorted!
At work tomorrow, but got a couple of parcels to get in the post (including yours Savvy!) and want to try and do some ebaying over the weekend. Last push for this year!Motto: You gotta be in it to win it!:j

Happy 11/11/11 everyone.
Foxy - I'll keep my eye out for any MF bargains for you, but I'm not really up on boys toys. I Agree Mum2one's secret santa works brilliantlly and there's no swapping adresses or worrying about things getting lost in the post - shall we all stick to idea 1 then?
OK Foxy - I'll stick to my own motto - Well, it was mine first and then Mr T nicked it.I was on the comping board a couple of hours yesterday. I'll be devastated if I don't win. That's why I don't got to bingo with my Mum - I keep thinking about all that money wasted if I don't win. I'll have to start playing online again. I won a couple of thousand £'s last year.
Rufus - how did DD1's brithday go? I hope a good time was had by allI :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Elysia - I don't mind sharing the motto, good luck with all the competitions - I find I am most successful on our local radio station, there are lots of comps on their website. I agree about bingo, its great when you win but when you don't you find yourself thinking what you could have spent the money on.
Just noticed its a free listing weekend on ebay again! Perfect timing, oh and I can upgrade my phone tomorrow woohoo!Motto: You gotta be in it to win it!:j

Morning All!
Slowly getting back into it after a couple of days off here.
I'm not at 1655 pts on Toluna, and up to 3632 on BP. I know we can't discuss this one on here, but it someone understands it can they PM me as I'm not sure I'm doing it right ?
A couple of you have mentioned free spins and £45 surveys - can I ask where you're finding these if you don't mind ?
Just done my daily prize draw on quidco, and major day at post office with parcels tomorrow - no more resting for me!
Good luck & happy saving everyone!

Morning all
Elysia, we had a lovely time last night, first time we all been round there to her house for ages now.
Savvy - The last time I re-did our sofa I sort of made a sewn cover like the ones you can take off, but stapled some of it down. I didnt really know what I was doing, I was just guessing but since then I have been picking up hints and tips all over the place so I am hoping this time I will be able to get it looking a bit more professional. I think the hardest bit will be getting the cushions nice as that is what sets off the whole sofa. The last time I did it it all looked nice but when I did the cushions they didnt look quite right but I have found out where I was going wrong so I am keeping my fingers crossed this time. One of my fabrics came yesterday, its really nice, I cant wait to get started. I have altered by blog adding a new page to it to keep a record of what I am doing mainly for myself so I can look back and see what I did in case I want to do it all again one day.
I had a few surveys this morning but Firefox was playing up and kept crashing half way through so I gave up for now. I will have another go later on.
I need to go out when OH gets up as I have to post a cushion off. We have so many parcels on the way though that I cant go until he does get up in case any of them turn up this morning.0 -
Rufus - I shouldn't worry about rushing. I'm sure they'll understand. I've had parcels galore the last two days. I'm running out of space to fit the parcels now. Hurry up Christmas.
Foxy - DD2 has won three lots of prizes on our local radio. Two for phone ins, and one on the internet. She's either lucky or no-one else is entering, so I've given it a go too. Oh and those cereals I won yesterday are scrumptious. Thanks for telling us about ebay. I've some more stuff to list.
Gill - pm'd you.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Morning, was about to say morning ladies but assume some chaps must use this thread, although it does seem very female orientated.
Had a pinecone survey come through in the night so did that this morning.
Also one poll seem to have loads of surveys this morning, just got 80p in about 20 mins so have already hit my target.
Sleep is somewhat eluding me at the moment, will try and catch up a bit of sleep when tabi naps!0 -
Boat girl - thanks for the tip on OP. I only need 50p so I'm off there now. Woohoo.
ETA : Boo most had gone - I only got 15pNeed to be faster next time.
