Sending you (((hugs))) Emma. I don't have anything helpful to suggest I'm afraid, but I didn't want to read and run. I hope you have a better night tonight, it's amazing the difference some sleep can make.Making money for Christmas 2012!0

Thanks NickyBo, not sure what i can do either I think i'll be glad when i'm doing night shifts so i can sleep in the day, I am just praying my police check comes back tomorrow, the oh thinks I should withdraw my notice and stay where I am rather than risk being without money for a couple of weeks but i hate the place and they are letting staff go nearly every week so hardly stable although I am good at the job so don't expect I would be given the push.
Going to attempt some sleep now if he starts tonight I might try and lift my eldest in with him and then have her bed they can snore togetherTo get to Disneyland Florida 20160 -
Is it a CRB check you are waiting for? There is a way your work can go online to check the status of your report. I don't know how, but we had to do it recently at school when the new teaching assistant's check didn't come back when needed. Could you ask the new job to check on the status if they haven't already, then at least you might know how long you'll be waiting. Also, are you not allowed to start your new job until the police check comes back? Some places will let you start but with limited duties. I can't remember what your new job is so I don't know if that would be appropriate for you, sorry.
Snoring OH - definitely try to go to sleep before him. My husband has stages of snoring ridiculously loudly and I find it much easier to be asleep first rather than trying to go to sleep with that racket! When he does wake me up I find just gently shushing him works quite well and he often stops long enough for me to get back to sleep.
Money making - I've just redeemed on McCains again. I didn't think I was going to get this third one as my points seemed to suddenly get stuck and it wasn't adding on any when I played games. It seems to have fixed itself tonight so I redeemed before it could go dodgy again!Making money for Christmas 2012!0 -
Emma - that's a great idea. You need some sleep as you're both getting tired and stressed. I know it's hard, but try and ignore OH when he get's argumentative - he's in pain, and just as worried as you are. Hold your breath and count to 10.

Nicky - did you do some reviews. If you have, I'll put rating them on my 'to do' list for tomorrow.
Samba - I should imagine it was the 15th. I'll see if I can find out.
I've just had a thought, I'm not sure if I really qualify for the £10. I've spent all my ebay money, but I've always had to add cash to it. I had just over £100 in there, but I bought something for £120, and so the rest of the funds came out of my bank account. I can't see why not as I didn't put the cash there in the first place ????I :heartpuls M.S.E.

Nicky - I redeemed three weeks ago today for an Amazon voucher (which should take three days), and I've had nothing.
I've emailed them, but no reply. I don't hold out much hope.
I have my fingers crossed for you though. I :heartpuls M.S.E.

Haven't had a pcone survey for months! Have sold a few bits and pieces on ebay, and am trying hard for the £2.50 a day which should be on track. I've done a Boots product test for £15 and got £25 vouchers through the post a couple of days ago for a test I did during the summer.
Things are starting to move on the house, the contractors are in next week to finally sort out the flooring in the hallway. I am starting to sleep a little better, and feel more like my old self!
Did a little more present shopping over the weekend, only the big ones for each of the kids still to get, got vouchers on s&s for dd bike and ds wants Star wars lego, so if anyone sees any going cheap please let me know!
I have lots of items to list on ebay, and am going to have a good go at it over the weekend.
Hope everyone is getting over their coughs and colds.Motto: You gotta be in it to win it!:j

I'm glad you're feeling more like your old self Foxy. I'll certainly keep my eye out for the lego for you. Well done on all the vouchers/redeems and keeping up with the challenge.I :heartpuls M.S.E.

Foxy - I've had a search around, because I saw them earlier today. The best prices seem to be here.
And this is £100 on Amazon.
I'm not really sure about the going prices (I have girls), but if I see anything that I think are bargains, while I'm on my travels, I'll let you know.I :heartpuls M.S.E.

Well just rang the new job and apparently the police check is on stage 3 which means there is only one more short stage to go, she can't start me without it but said as soon as she knows it is printing she will book me some shifts but we still don't know how long it will take. I can't withdraw my notice as I would then have to give another 4 weeks and the care home will want me to start before then so I am praying it hurries up.
Hope you all have a good day xTo get to Disneyland Florida 20160 -
Morning all
My C has gone up by £1.20 this morning, and my DY has gone up by £1 as well so nearly there today. I managed the £2.50 yesterday as I had some late surveys to do, can't remember who they were for now.
Emma, I know what you are going through with the snoring, my OH is so loud, if I come down stairs to sleep I can still hear him loud through the floor. They must be able to hear him next door but I have never asked. We have a mattress now on our spare bed but we don't have a duvet for it yet and not only that its covered with all his stuff he needs to take away with him next week. I am looking forward to 10 days of peaceful sleep lol.
We have to go up town this morning to order his foreign currency, then he is off to do some errands for his Mum and Dad and I can get on with some sewing.0
