Having checked my spreadsheet that I set up at the beginning of the year I have my totals of money made this year. I have set it up in months so I can see what has come from when. At the first half of the year was better as I was doing dooyoo and had three cheques until they changed and I stopped :(

Anyway here is last years (2010) totals:

    BP - £150
    Voucher from Surveys - £158
    Bingo/Scratchies/comp wins - £592
    Cashback/Cheques from Surveys - £200.00
    Dooyoo - £150
    Ebay - £547

    Total - £1,797 :j

Not as good as the thousands of pounds elysia2003 has won on the bingo that year eh but I am really pleased with my totals :D
Definitely has made me money neutral. Hope I can do even better in 2011.

I've just spent two hours on Christmas day to update post 3 (I think it is) with details on payment levels, links etc. Talk about dedication ;)

If anyone does any survey sites not listed on there, could you please write a little review here to let us all know about payment level, and where you can redeem vouchers, how good they are etc. I can add the info to that post for future use.

    Thanks so much.

    Have a lovely afternoon xxx

    Thanks so much.

That is an absolutely brilliant post on the surveys Julie. Fab.

    I also do
globaltestmarket (GTM) They send at least 3 or 4 surveys a day between 15 and 60 points each but sometimes just sweepstake ones. I probably get to do about 2 a day. It is an american site and once you get to 1000 points you get $50 which is about £32 sent by cheque. I have had one this year as I havent been doing them every day lately but I am at 750 points, if I had kept it up properly I would have cashed out again.
I think this is a consistant survey site.

I have also started doing maximiles previously iPoints. You have to opt to do surveys on the tab to be sent surveys. You also get points for clicking through the emails they send you and you can also watch videos and rate for 5 points on each. It is also a cashback site.
Surveys are a bit scarce but its worth joining. There is a link on the site for free points which is worth looking at too.
I tend to go for 3000 points for an asda voucher which I ordered and received within a week. Very impressed.

Thanks very much for the info Pammy - that's wonderful!!!

Your totals are fab - It beat my £980 hands down but I DID forget to add ebay - but still, I would be nowhere near yours if I wasn't for my wins. I haven't won a sausage since June but there again, I've only just got back into it again. I stopped playing when the free scratchcards were being phased out. Do you know if any sites still do them?

There was something else I came on here to do but I can't think now. :p I don't drink as a rule, but I've just had half a glass of wine. Oh well, I'll probably remember tomorrow. ;)

There is no free scratchies to win but I do Tombola where you have to play £2 the week before to play the free grid thing, dont win much on it but do win playing my £2 sometimes :D
And then I do jackpotjoy free tiki which only wins me pennies most of the time but sometimes win more.
Takeabreak has a free scratchie but what you win is bonus money but if you play the bonus money you can withdraw the winnings. I won £20 in bonus and didnt really win a sausage with it lol

I thought you won loads on the bingo this year?

I dont drink either at all but being on my own today I was tempted but the bottles I have in are about 10 years old hahaha, not that tempting!

I can do better than that - I've drunk a whole bottle - Aldi's sparkling cranberry wine, because I was feeling very blue and sorry for myself earlier, but now, after the wine, and a bit of the Dr and Strictly, I now feel so much better.

And I've sold a book on GreenMetropolis so when I've downloaded the spreadsheet I can start filling it in.

Hope the rest of you had a good day, and thank you muchly to whoever it is runs the thread and did the updating thing, I shall go and look in a minute
  • I hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas day. Ours was brilliant! One of my (many) favourite things was watching people open the gifts I had made and seeing how much they loved them. I think the biggest success was the flavoured vodkas I made for my brother-in-law. He loved them and everyone asked how to make them :D. In the past I was always worried about giving handmade things in case people didn't like them, but they seemed to be the most popular.

I'm going to download the spreadsheet now :)
    Making money for Christmas 2012!

I'm a stay at home mum to 3 girls aged 6, 17 and 14. Will try to pop in on a daily basis.

Restricted - some of the surveys have an option 'Do not wish to answer' if there's anything you feel uncomforable answering. Just try your best, because even if you don't complete the survey you get added to a draw to win some prizes/money. You may get lucky.

Pammy I won £3,500 this year, just none since June. I'll have to got back on Jackpot Joy and Takeabreak. It's worth a try, that's how I won before, with free money.

Summertea and Rachel - Welcome to the thread. The first thing to do, if you haven't already, is join some survey sites and/or sign up to Dooyoo and Bingoport. Full details on post 2. There's lots there to be you busy for a while, so take your time, don't rush or it will seem daunting. Perhaps even sign up to one a day. You'll be making loads of money before you know it.

Don't forget to download your spreadsheet on Post 1, and add your earnings regularly. Come next Christmas you will be amazed.

We will have an extra money making challenge on the 1st of the month, just to keep you motivated. :D

Welcome again, and please pop in often, keep us up to date on how you are doing - we love to hear. ;)
