Thanks Elysia :D. I was told my buttercream was the best someone has ever tasted in their 25 years of baking and didnt have an aftertaste of butter/marg like everyone elses, and that I had raised the bar for all future company bake sales! Needless to say I was blushing! But I must admit I have always been quite proud of my buttercream!

Oh Esmers cake were soooo amazing! I would never go into business in it, but if a few people want to buy a few here and there then I wont stop them hehe

Got to redeem on viva yay. But payout is 1st Sept. I count it by payday rather than redeem day so wont be two payments this month but hopefully will be 2 for september!
  • Thos cupcakes sound lovely giggles, I miss baking, haven't had a free hour to do any for a long time.

Well done on the redeems and surveys everyone, I did another few that weren't there this morning, might be worth checking.

Had a funny old day today, a surprise delivery turn up it was a massive hamper of chocolate from thorntons! Felt ill just looking at that amount of choccy goodness, been very good and not eaten any.. yet lol. The majority has a short product life so we will have to eat most of it :p
And started shopping for occassions next year too, sister's 18th coming up so took advantage of the body shop glitch to make a hamper. I must say spending the money made is definitely the fun part :)

Sorry for butting in! Quick question - on Vivatic - if you do a Populus survey then it says another is available can you just do that straight away or do you have to go back through Vivatic?

    Thanks

  • Not to worry Juliejim, you're not butting in at all hun.

What I do is I keep the main screen open and the survey screen open, once I complete a survey I then refresh the main screen to make sure that the survey was credited. Then I go back to the survey screen and click the find more surveys button, I carry on doing this until it says no new surveys for each of the survey providers. HTH.

Did two 85p surveys today, hopefully they will be updated again tonight. Two items ending on ebay tonight. Both just over starting price so that should be my £2.50 made today after fees etc, hopefully they go for a bit more though. Just checked and one of my auctions has rocketed up in price, what a relief!

Hiya Juliejim - any questions just ask. We're all here to help each other. It would be great if your joined in though, the more the merrier.

Good luck with your items ending today Savvy. I'm going to list mine later. Viva is being extremely kind to you - what's your d.o.b. and postcode????:rotfl: I'm getting about £3 a week, so I mustn't grumble. :)

S&S day today girls, and tissue for Legend. ;)

Well im awake after the post car boot nap! It was a lovely day weather wise, rained overnight (altho I was away with the fairies, I am reliable informed by my auntie!) but it must have got it out of the way because was lovely sunshine at the car boot. Made 117.20 after paying for the stall, although I did spent 5.10 of it hehe. Very very pleased with that!

JulieJim, as the surveys open in a new window I leave the main vivatic window open then once I have finished a survey I rehresh and make sure it had credited then close the window and go through it again through the main webpage. You can just press 'more surveys' but when we first started using VIviatic I remembered a few people had problems with the surveys not crediting that way so I stopped doing it and never tried again. Just always close and go back through the main screen.
  • Michelle well done on the £47 thats amazing!!
Giggles sounds like you diid well at the car boot

Sorry I've been awol for a few days, friends all organised a night out for last night and wanted to rest up to make sure I could make it! Yes Elysia, I am up for it. I have just put another review on, I think that is 20/25 now. I havent got any surveys to do this morning yet. I havent got my spreadsheet up to see whether I am near to redeeming on any of them as I am on the lap top. OH is asleep, he is off tonight and tomorrow night, typical, its supposed to rain tomorrow, the only day we have to do anything.

I have to go out and clear the garden up a bit so we can sit out there this afternoon when he gets up. It feels like we have wasted the year really, with the weather like it has been, every time he is off work its been bad weather. We have a lovely garden to sit in, and the flowers are going to waste.
