Well done on the crown Claire - I did try and pm you on there, but it was playing up - they've had a few hiccups again.
It's great news that all went well second time around - it might help Nicky relax a little.

I've just been invited to join a Y G FB thing - did anyone else get the invite too?

Well done on the voucher Rufus - you can easily do that. :)

Hi everyone, thankfully I am nearly back up to speed, been doing my looney and got another payout due soon, on a different note, back at the start when we all got kicked off that bingo site, my mum who is 68 and just moved into a sheltered housing place round the corner from me got one of our old pc's, she loves her bingo so set her up, they banned her too, she had only been on a few weeks, but was doing well!!! I was furious for her, she was gutted bless her as she loved it, she is now using woohoo but it is a bit more confusing a site for her!!

I have been doing well on ebay lately so looking good, got my first wage last week where we had nothing but our basic living expenses to payout, I aalso have another fair on Saturday which I am looking forward too :)

hope everyone is ok, fingers crossed these riots are coming to an end :)

Woohoo confused me at the start Susie - she'll soon get the hang of it. I used to have it playing in the background, but I'm trying to do that much lately I keep forgetting. :(

Well done on the fairs and ebaying - have you been updating your bl*g? - I must take a peep later, if you have.

I have put some updates on with my new moulds which I am loving making, and these have been what I am selling well, although the material is a nightmare to find in this country!!

Just went for a little walk with the kids to get my parcel I missed, which was the slush mugs I ordered. They are upset with me as they need to go in the freezer for at least 6 hours before they can use them. oops.

susie that is not nice with your mums account being closed. Funny how some do and some don't. I've had WH running this morning, and only won one gold star, but i just figure it is not costing anything.

Other than that, did a bit of copying, so one 'old' review crossposted each way. I'm still at 32/45 till I write something new. Just checked viva and they haven't gone on yet and they are normally very good.

Thanks for the code Michelle, I just used it and it's still working :D

Claire - nice to hear your second delivery was much better than the first, that's what I'm hoping for. The main problem seemed to be that DS just wasn't ready to come out, so after being induced 13 days overdue, he still fought it every step of the way! Hopefully this one will be more co-operative :)

Savvy - that's a pain about your laptop. I hope it arrives soon for you.

Rufus - well done on your redeem, you're doing so well with your Amazon vouchers!

Well, it's our 10th wedding anniversary today and DH is working all day. I'll see him for half an hour at about 5ish, then not until 10:30 :( Can't be helped though. He's just started his own driving school and it's taking off really well. He's far busier than we expected which is great, but I can't help missing him today of all days.

I really need a kick up the bum to get me writing some more reviews. I've only done 1/15 and haven't even put it on yet as I'm waiting for the product suggestion. I think I might make a list of things I can review and that might spur me on.

  • It can be hard finding some motivation when you are forcing yourself to think about it. I am finding if I keep a piece of paper near the computer i can add things to a list as I think of it. Sometimes I see someone has written a review about something and I think oh we have that. I have 3 product suggestions that have been added and I just can't find the motivation to do them just yet.

Other than that, the extra 50p on chow is pretty motivating. :rotfl:

I'm struggling to find the will to get on today, but best find it soon. The things that want doing aren't doing themselves. I used to be so organised and I don't feel like that at the moment.

    Afternoon all

Another review done so 15/25 now. I got some more bits sorted for Ebay this morning, the last of the bits that my son gave me. That will be all of that finished with by the end of the month I should think. I have been checking all of the survey sites all day and monitoring my emails and doing anything that came in. Managed one on MS but that was it apart from a few quick polls on T. Was a bit bored as I can't go upstairs while OH is asleep and he's on nights again. I have got a bit of hand sewing to do but couldn't be bothered to get it out this afternoon, thought I would do it tonight while watching tele. I have or Mr T shop coming soon. I forgot to do a list this month so wondering what OH has ordered as he has done it all without consulting me at all as to what we want. No doubt we will have to go to Iceland at the weekend to stock the freezers up.

I had a good few days survey wise - since Monday when I got screened out of everything, I've completed every one. That Y G thingy I was talking about this morning was for a £10 amazon. :D

Have just got back from picking DD up from the summer playscheme. It was the last day, so wish me luck everyone - I'll probably be bald by the end of the hols.

Congratulations on your Anniversary Nicky. You'll have to make a big thing of it over the weekend. Well done to OH - he must have nerves of steel.
