I think its 9000 points =£5? so 1800 is £1. So think 100 points is about 5.5p. I think? correct me if Im wrong.

But its took me 30 seconds literally to get 100 points as I didnt qualify for the survey so was pretty much something for nothing.

Not the best paid I agree but will see what the surveys are like and how it builds up. I dont really like the points ones as I think once you work it out you realise its pennies they are paying you, and thats why its point based instead of actually saying the amount in pence haha But its only months till christmas now and I need to get my xmas fund increasing haha

Lakeland brochure came this week and I am literally lusting after half the brouchure! Hoping to make some jams/marmalades etc for xmas gifts thsi year to be slightly different so thats what the money Im making will go towards :D

I didn't do that one mum2one so no idea about that one.

giggles - as much as that. :rotfl:They gave me and Elysia 100 points for our birthdays. How very kind of them. :rotfl:

Logged on to ciao this morning expecting my balance to go up by about £3 but looks like that promo finished a bit earler than we thought as I only got 64p added. Unless more goes on later, but it hasn't worked that way for any other day of it.

Wonder what today might bring us. Warm here but cloudy again.

we have various bank accounts and I know exactly how much is in each one or I would if OH didn't just use any one without checking. he sometimes checks the balance but doesn't think about what is due to come out or doesn't tell me he has used the account and I think there is more in there than there is.
I feel my financial life is spiralling out of control again and I don't like it:(

    Morning all

I have started updating my spreadsheet. Still havent finished it, just been away three days and so much to do when I get back lol. Had some more Ebay sales over the weekend but two of them paid by E cheque so cant post them until they clear. I need to go to post office to post the quilt off this morning.

Only just opened my emails so going through to see what I have for today.

Looks nice out at the moment.

Morning all, lovely and sunny with blue skies here, think we will be out and about today.

I am doing the £2.50 a day challenge again this month as we all did really well when we did. Redeemed £5 amazon on SB but it's not really one I use. Off to check viva, I have already had £100 in payouts from them since we found it :)

How frustrating bunbun, we keep our bank accounts seperate and each take responsibility for different things, hubby is good at living for the present and I am better at looking after the pennies so it works well.

Well done on the ebay sales rufus :)

Have a good day everyone, with lots of money making!

Morning all! My totals are Amazon £20, Argos £10, Asda £5 and £10 CASH! Total £45 which is not too bad as I have roughly earned around 40ish on average a month since starting and my worst month has been £15! Would have been better if surveyhead didnt drag there feet on paying my £15.47! Oh well will be in Augusts totals hopefully!
Savvy I am with you on the £2.50 a day thing and am so changing to Argos vouchers as payout from as many sites as I can! So if you ladies can let me know which sites pay Argos vouchers that would be appreciated! Amazon account has nearly £150 in it and I have spent loads so if I can claim Argos instead I should have new furniture in my living room soon!

OMG I'd forgotten it was the 1st. I'll get onto the challenge in a minute.

Bunbun - I'm sorry to hear about OH - it's good that you keep an eye on finances. We keep our money separate. OH pays for boring stuff, like bills, and food, and I buy treats and days out. It works for us, but I have a friend and OH has control of all the money. He's not very good with money but won't let her help.

You enjoy your break, and don't forget to wave if you go past M6 Junction 4. I'm a stones throw away. :)

Rufus - best totals this year. Wow!!! Well done hun. Another sale Yippee. I'm going to give Folksy a try this week. I have a couple finished that I can photograph, and another sampler, that the designer has let me make up and sell completed, as long as I give her credit on Folksy for designing it. Woohoo. I can't wait now - I hope you don't mind if I ask loads of questions. :)

Michelle - what are we like? I'm at 10/15 now I think. I forget. I was up half of the night. :)

Thanks mum2one for the code - I'm sorry you didn't get your freebie.

Cornish - You should start keeping records today - either of what you've earned, or what most of us do, is make a note of what we actually receive that month - it works out more clearer that way.

Giggles - Nicky did ask a couple of weeks ago. I reckon there will be one in September, when people are starting to think about Chrissie Pressies.

Right off to sort out the challenge. :) Back soon.

Just seen this one on chow:

    Household Appliances August Campaign
August is the last month of summer as well as the month of summer vacations. However on Ciao August is the month of our new “Household Appliances” category! From large kitchen appliances, beauty appliances and sewing machines to washers, vacuum cleaners and kitchen gadgets, every new review on a “Household Appliances” product will be awarded an extra bonus of £0.50.

Therefore, write reviews, share your experience and at the same time make some extra money!

Not sure I have any energy, but we have a month. Lol. And we have some of these from DY's July challenge, hopefully.
