It's 50p bunbun, so I am sure you can live with that. ;)

NEw swag code out. http://sbcodez.com/ 8SB so worth getting.

It's going well for me reviewing definitely. So much so that I am tempted to only do that over the summer hols and enjoy the break with the kids, but still do PC and viva. Can't do everything after all. £1.56 to go to £50, so fingers crossed for me for shiny hat day please. I've also just been really cheeky. They are not taking new suggestions, but I emailed and asked very nicely if they were able to enter me something so it could go in the monthly competition. They can only say no right? Nothing lost.

Well done Michelle, I'll keep my fingers crossed for a new hat for you :D

I'm going to get cracking with the review writing, especially as I have a new saving mission now. A couple of weeks ago my DS started asking to go to Disneyland. I have no idea where he even heard of Disneyland! Neither myself nor DH have ever mentioned it to him, I wondered if he'd seen an advert, but he's only 3 years old, surely he can't be that influenced already! Anyway, DH and I have always planned on taking him to Disneyland Paris eventually so I thought we might as well start saving up now so we could do it properly and without as much worry about money when the time comes. We're not planning on going for at least 2 years so that the second baby (the one not yet born!) would be of an age where they at least had an idea what was going on! I thought I could start saving a little bit here and there and should hopefully be able to save quite a bit without really noticing since it will be over a few years.
Has anyone been to Disneyland Paris? Any ideas of prices as I've tried to google it but it wouldn't tell me prices.

On a different note, and totally non-money making but I need to vent somewhere - I am SOOOO mad at DH's mother right now. This is the reason I'm still up and posting at 2am in the morning, I'm so angry I don't think I could sleep. She looked after DS overnight last night, the first time since he was a baby and definitely the last. She's always been a pain in the bum, acting like she knows everything about parenting because she had a couple of kids. We tend to ignore her stupid comments but she's gone too far. When we went to pick up DS she was telling us what they'd been doing last night and she mentioned something on TV that they had watched. The name of the film rang a bell in the back of my mind, but not enough to say anything at the time. Once DS went to bed I googled the show and it turns out it was an 18 certificate horror film  It was definitely that film that they watched, going by a few comments she made about DS liking sharks, and I also checked the TV listings for yesterday and it was on. I just can't believe she would think it suitable for a 3 year old, regardless of whether he seemed to enjoy it or not. It would have been on as her OH watches things like that and neither of them would have had the sense to turn it off or take him out of the room!

I am just so angry, especially after years of her sneaky criticism and acting like she's the world's best parent and we're crazy for not doing everything she says (incidentally - DH tells me about his childhood, she was far from a good parent). DH was fuming when I told him, I convinced him to wait until tomorrow before he speaks to her but I can still see a MASSIVE row brewing. The problem is she acts like a child with things like this, the tears will start, then the screaming and shouting and then she'll phone DH's siblings and aunties to tell them her lies and make us look evil. Luckily most of them know what she's like as they've all been on the receiving end of her looniness. I just feel so sorry for DH as he feels really let down by his own mother :(

Nicky - I can see why you are really upset. She should have the sense to stop a child of any age watching an 18 film than alone a three year old. My daughter didnt watch 15 films untils she turned 15. We were very strict with her up till then. Now she watches a few 18 films if she is round her friends (she is 16 now) but she doesnt like them if they are too scary or gory and her friends no this so usually they dont put these types of film on if she is there.

I was awake at 2 this morning lol, could have come on and had a natter. I woke up just after 1, OH had started snoring for England in my ear. I came down to us the loo and went back up but couldn't get off with that racket going. kept trying to get him to move but was hopeless. In the end I got up about 4 and went and did some sewing. Was secretly hoping the machine would wake him up and he would get a dose of his own medicine but no such luck. Now I am yawning my head off at 9 in the morning and no chance of going back to bed as we have to go out to see his Mum.

I don't know why anyone lets small kids watch stuff like that. Mine would have nightmares about it. I have to be careful with my eldest. If I say something simple like don't walk round in the garden with bare feet in case you get stung, he'll dream there is bumble bees in his bed and I will have to go in and check. I definitely wouldn't let my kid stop there again as it's failure to respect your wishes and just lack of common sense.

I was up late too. A friend has a row with me on FB, so i got upset, and had cried so much, i just couldn't nod off for ages. I'm feeling so rough today as a result.

Sorry to hear about MIL Nicky, how awful. It's not a competition who knows more and it's awful she thinks it's acceptable to go against your wishes.

Hope Elyia had a great birthday and enjoying some lovely time out.

Things seem to be at a calm here at the moment, no money making happening as I have no netbook or laptop for a few weeks. Good news is that I called up about getting my laptop fixed, it was 2 months old, they have decided it was hardware failure so they are going to collect it and refund me thank goodness so hopefully next wekend I will be back up and running after I buy a new one, I have managed to save my files from the netbook, it needs a new screen which will be £30ish to fix myself. I still have no phone but hoping to use vouchers to get the back to school offer from argos, phone, sim and £60 credit for £30... or free with capital bonds :D Hopefully it's onwards and upwards from here now.

Hope everyone is doing well, off to catch up on surveys for a little bit

Savvy - sounds like you are having a bit better luck at last xx

Michelle - I know what you mean about feeling rough today. I can't stop yawning my head off lol. Feel really carp but we are going to see if the lovely fabric stall is there today when we go so something to look forward to. Otherwise I think I would tell him to go on his own and go back to bed xx

Savvy - sounds like your luck is changing at last :D

Michelle and Rufus - I hope you're not too tired today! DH gave me a lie in, I didn't get up until 9:30 so I feel a bit better. He's gone back to bed now as he was up as late as me. He's going to phone his mum when he gets up so all hell will break out then!

Ooh shall I add to the mix! OH went out last night with his usual Monday night crowd so at 1am I awoke wondering where he was as he usually gets in at 1! No sign of him so by 3am I was frantic his phone off and his mates phone off! Had no sleep and DS was up at 6 "Wheres my Daddy!" Went to his mates house at 7am and no sign of life and his mates wife had gone to work! Even phoned the Police to see if he was in custody!!! Was contemplating hospitals next!!! Tried his mobile at 8am again and he answered!!! Apparently gone back to 1 of the boys houses and had a party and stayed the night there!!! Well you can imagine the mouthful he got and by the time he walked home it was half 8 and I told to get out of my sight!!!! So I think hes up his parents! He did just phone to ask if I would take him to pick up a van later and I said NO and Goodbye!
I am sooooo mad! How very selfish not to even contact me to tell me what he was doing and to turn his phone off, accidently apparently, for goodness sakes if I did that he would murder me!

MEN!!!! Right rant over for now!

Savvy glad to see your luck may well be changing for the better!

I would kill mine if he did that too.

Ok, so let's keep fingers crossed we all have a trouble free day today. I am feeling less rough than I did, and have a shiny hat, so I am going to start feeling positive. 6p already towards the next cheque lol.

Think they must be working through a back log of nominations. This one was 10 days old, whereas I have 4 more recent ones I thought were more likely candidates. I wish the formula used was more predictable.
