Well done on the crowns girls. None for me today, but I am just happy that someone from here got some. Great news.

I also got soaked on the nursery run. I thought about taking the car, but school is literally just 2 streets away and I thought I would get as wet sorting DSs into car seats. I wasn't counting for the fact that DS2 was walking at snails pace moaning about how he didn't like getting wet. We were all wringing wet and needed a full change of clothes when we got in. Even down to underwear. What horrible weather we keep getting.

What a shame for you both getting soaked. We just had a few spots here this morning. I had to snaffle Emily's car, as OH uses ours for work in the morning, and then he went to visit his brother who is still in hospital (five weeks now). I would have had to walk half an hour to school otherwise, and almost an hour back. So I know how you feel Michelle. ;)

Thanks for the lovely words Michelle. I think that way too. We are a team, and it doesn't matter who gets anything, as long as someone does. Reminder: the free postcode lottery is now at £70. It's BL1 or something (nowhere near me). I hope someone here wins it. :D

ETA: You posted while I was typing. Thanks Pink. Good luck finding more. :)

Ladies - I've just had an email off one of the panels I'm on. I can tell you now that it's for Sony Ericcson. They want new recruits. I don't get anything for referals so it's all fair.

I'll post a few details here and see what you think. If you're interested I need your email address. Savvy, they do product tests too. ;)

    The story so far...

We’ve had some great entries in our mobile letter competition; we've read some interesting points of view about tablets and you've been telling us about the role gaming plays in your lives.

And don't forget you'll receive£1 for each of our 5 topics you take part in this month and everyone who takes part in all 5 topics by the end of the month will be entered into our draw to win one of our 2,£25 prizes this month!

    What's coming up?

We've got some great things coming up on the community; here are a few tasters:

    • Our first face-to-face sessions; we'll be running some sessions in the London area to show some of you some new products. Don't worry if you can't make it, we'll share what happens with everyone to keep you in the loop.
    • We'll also be recruiting volunteers for our upcoming video blogging projects.
    • 'Future phone focus'- We'll be sharing the latest thinking on mobile tech and asking what you think.

    Mini FAQ

You can view a full list of FAQs on the community site, but here are a few answers to the questions you've been asking us recently:

How often will you be posting topics? We'll be keeping things fresh on the community by posting news items and topics on the community each couple of weeks. We'll be sending you a weekly update on happenings and how you can get involved

How do we get paid? We’re hoping to make Boiinx the kind of place you'll be keen to get involved in, but we also understand that a thank you for your time is always appreciated. Each time we tell you about the topics and tasks on Boiinx we'll let you know how much each one is worth to you. In addition we'll be running 2 £25 draws each month. You'll get a monthly email to tell you when to expect your cash.

Will we get to try new products?

Yes - some of you will. One of the perks of Boiinx is getting to know the latest news about new mobile development and we’ll be letting you know about new ideas and try out new products as often as we can.

Hiya bunbun - You're not carp, you're brilliant. This money making is going slowly at the moment with the surveys not coming in very regularly. Have you done any more reviews? ;) I think we've all felt fedup for the last couple of weeks, so you're not alone. Come on here anytime and moan all you like.

Knit - that cake is wonderful. You and DD ought to be very proud. I've read all the posts back for weeks and weeks so it shows how long its been since I last looked.

I have made cards for ages and used to post on the cardmaking thread but haven't done for ages since my cardmaking dwindled. there is too much temptation on there to buy new stash so tend to avoid it!
I saw the promarker offer but I have loads already and buying sets would duplicate quite a few of them. it was a fab price though!
thanks for the offer of images. likewise shout if you have looking for something - I have quite a lot both digi and stamps!!
