Brilliant totals everyone, you are all doing so well and as Elysia said you should all be very proud of yourselves, lets make this month another fantastic one
New challenges, yippee :j
MAY CHALLENGES
1. Toluna - I am nearly up to date but I MUST get around to doing everyones opinions and polls, everytime I put a new one up though they keep getting deleted so must think of some random ones.
2. Woohoo! - Well I am enjoying the starry one, only 30 off a redeem, I really enjoy playing whilst doing other stuff online. I also chanced £10 on tombola as they take paypal and I still had a £5 free offer left to use, managed to redeem just over £3.00 up and that will let me play in the free rooms all next weekNot keen on costa as I have never won a penny on free bingo, is there a trick to it? eta- just won £1 woop woop!
3. Savvy Shopper - I am a bit of a bargain hound when it comes to searching out deals online and the grabbit board has been simply amazing since the end of last year. With grocery shopping we have an asda nearby so we will stick to them, but again will split our shopping to get the difference plus 10 & and a penny.
4. Make and Sell Something - I love the idea but not sure how to go about it without having to register as a business, maybe just avoid ebay? I would love to have a go selling through facebook but have no idea how to? If anyone has any ideas I'd love to know. Would love to sell cakes but I need to practice, must have a nosy around and gather some ideas... would love to hear what you all will be makingComping wishlist for 2017

I made an embarrassingly low £40 in April - must try harder this month, but my onions and strawberries are doing well
Elysia - thanks for the new challenge :T
May Challenge
Toluuny - please can anyone here who I am not following let me know and I will follow you too
Bingo - I play occasionally on Sing bingo which is similar to Costa
Shopping - I'm still not allowed to drive 'cos of my knee, so am limited to where DH takes me shopping but will try. I didn't know there was a coupon thread, thanks for that
Making and selling something - all my craft stuff is boxed up due to decorating, so not sure what I can do for this :eek:0 -
Well thats some new things listed on ebay now so a good start
I have got 19 items on now (mixture of buy it nows, coupel of relists and my new listings) so fingers crossed some of them sell

I haven't got round to working my totals out yet as I've been without internet for a few days and I've got things written all over the place. Received quite a few free vegetable seeds in April from various sites and they are all growing nicely apart from tomato seeds from Tropicana - trial pack of Thompson & Morgan sweet baby.
Thank for the ew challenges Elysia :j
MAY CHALLENGES
1. Toluna - I'm just going to stick to sponsored polls and surveys. Think it is too time consuming to do opinions since they changed the rules i.e. Feb blog post netiquette on Toluna. Since this blog post I've heard of quite a few members having posts deleted.
2. Woohoo! - I'm really enjoying playing on the starry one and have received quite a few vouchers. Thanks for info Savvy - didn't realise Tombola accepted Paypal, might look into that this month. Does anyone know of any other bingo sites that accept Paypal.
3. Savvy Shopper - Everyone on the coupon thread is really friendly and helpful (make sure you thank Idlesaver before asking a question). It is still worth checking the thread out even if you don't have a printer as you can sometimes request for vouchers hosted by couponstar to be sent in the post (McCain, Philidelphia, Innocent etc)
4. Make and Sell Something - Think I'll pass on this challenge, don't think anyone would pay for my creations.[/QUOTE]

Thanks for the new challenge Elysia. It's a good un! :j
Definately up for getting back onto TL - have neglected it the last couple of weeks except for the odd poll via my iphone. Will start making my way back round you all.
Making slow but steady progress on WH so will keep that up.
I don't do the food shop but always trying to save money on other bits.
Not sure making something is for me, but I'll have a think.
Good luck all!Not buying unnecessary toiletries 2024 26/53 UU, 25 IN0 -
Hi Aspella, how are you hun? Haven't seen you around for a while - is your internet fixed now? I was without proper internet for about two weeks or so last month, I had to do what I could on my dongle/phone - it was horrendous. I hope it's all sorted for you now.
butlinsbingo.com is the only one I use that you can pay with paypal - let me just tell you something though. I had a win after I had deposited via paypal (£1,500) and I had terrible trouble getting my money back - I had to send bank statements from over five years ago, have to confirm addresses where I'd lived for the past ten years, and phone numbers, send in photo copies of passports and everything - just incase I was receiving laundered money so paypal told me at the time. The whole process must have took almost a month. Please beware - if you win a large amount, it takes time to get it back.
ETA: just made my first redeem of the month on T and I'm already half way for the next.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Well done Elysia and thanks for the challenge. I should be able to do all of them this month with a bit of a kick lol.
I am on my own tonight and just going to put tele on as been on and off computers all day as been reformatting my normal one and its taken all day to update everything and reload all my programs. I have also been getting some more Ebay listings done, have them all ready now (from what my Son used to sell) and have uploaded about 5 things, just going to do a few each day so I dont get in a muddle, probs will anyway lol knowing me.
Think I will put the WH bingo on while I watch tv seeing as no one here with me to moan about it. Must go and see to the front gate first, its really windy out and its banging non stop and getting on my nerves.0 -
gl Rufus. Wd putting the ebay listings on - that's a job and a half in itself.
Saw you on woo. Tan is doing well.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Well done giggles and rufus for getting your listing on ebay, I should really get my bum in gear but I need to wrap up everything ready to be addressed as that's where it tends to go wrong leaving it last minute.
The good thing with tombola is the minimum limit for cash out is £10 (not inc bonus money) and you gte £20 bonus with your first deposit of £10, when you play you use a percentage of your bonus and actual money but it does say you can withdraw xx amount without losing your bonus. Also you can request your payment method, I use paypal but if I ever won big (I rarely play unless there is a bonus for depositing) I would request a cheque or straight into my bank. It's the only site I have used that hasn't been a hassle withdrawing small amounts.
Will have to have a nosy at the oupon thread, thanks aspellaComping wishlist for 2017

I managed to get £120 this month.
£50 was dooyoo, £20.70 from survey network, then various other sources.
I was pleased as i managed to get my DS2 some stuff for his 3rd birthday next week for nothing, and that is always good.
The garden is doing really well. We have huge courgette and tomato plants now, and i can't wait to start eating my produce when it arrives.
The new challenges look great too. I have slacked a bit on looney this month, but i will get back into it.0
