Its the mortgage free board she has her diary on. She's the same as usual, plodding on with all the money making. She does so well at it and is a real inspiration to me. She's the one who points new sites out to me and tells me what to do, and told me to head over here.

After all, we all have the same goal really don't we, stop spending our own money, regardless where the saved money then goes.

    Exactly!!!

Thanks for that I'd have been looking for her in the wrong place. It was Pammy who got me into all of this too. I noticed her posting on Quidco, and she gave me all these hints and tips, and now I'm helping on this board - It's a bit scary!!! She's the expert, not me. ;) Pammy come back we need you. :)

I've rated some more reviews - and will do some more later. That's a nice pic you have up. How old is your little one now?

DSs stole the computer. Pammy is here. I think she just gets too busy to post everywhere and do all the real life stuff. Sounds exactly like her though helping everyone out with their money saving.

That is an old piccie when my eldest was about 9 months old. He's 4 and a half now, and i have another son who is almost 3. I'm kept quite busy is all i can say, but then again show me a woman who isn't. ;)

Thanks for the link Michelle - that's kind of you.

Not much happening here :( I managed another couple of reviews but after being optimisitic this morning - it didn't come to much.

    It's quiet on here today.

Evening :D. A letter from the halifax yesterday has completely ruined my 'im doing well with my money' mood! Lovely letter saying my student account has now been finished and its now a current account! So I called up and asked why. I have had nothing but problems with the halifax over this account. 2 or 3 times its been finished because I dont pay my student loan in, explained everytime its because I was postgrad and didnt get one, so I set up a DD paying in to it each month. Then my masters got extended so took in letter, then recieved letter saying it has finished called that time and they never recieved the copy of the letter from the branch. This also happened a few times! Anyway I actually seemed to speak to someone who knew what they were doing yesterday and he was right in that he told me the letter they had on file said 17th march my course ended and it is now a £1 per day interest charge! Great! I was under the impression it finished july so was hopign to have afull time job and it paid off by then. I even asked in branch 2 months ago to check the end date and was told 'we cant check that here' yet on the phone he said to me 'the branch can check the date on the computer and if you take in a letter to say you graduated in july they can appeal for a change and send the photocopy of the letter off'... so why was I told they couldnt check? grrr its really got to me as £30 a month is such a huge amount! Going to try and find my graduation letter confirming it was july but I dont think I have it anymore. However I do believe in trying to find the positive in everything so going to try and use this as a boost to encourage me to find a full time job. Got my heart set on a one in NHS but not heard anything back yet, its only been 6 days since the closing date though. I know its bad to set your heart on a job but Im so rubbish I just cant help it haha The others I applied for were payroll ones and simply replied back saying I didnt have experience so they wouldnt take it any further. Grrr I know I would be amazing at the job if they just gave me a chance!

More ebay ended last night so off to package it up ready to post tomorrow and message the one non payer from last week. Got a strange feeling they are not going to pay as they messaged me after bidding on a few items asking if they could collect. I said no as I am rarely home but would offer combined discount. She was outbidded on all but on of them, which she hasnt paid for yet (5 days) and hasnt messaged either.

Just completed a survey on Your Say pays and it says they may call me to complete a 15min survey which will be worth £1. So hopefully will get that as my balance is very far off the redeem level haha
