So now am over the limit but OH isnt!!! lol! Its really great for us as means I can pay my washing machine off quicker by using the shopping money!
Also OH has got a temporary job for a few weeks but could be more in it so that means fingers crossed money wont be so tight! Woohoo!

1p0l is also playing up for me. I redeemed last week but my balance had gone back to over 40. I did manage to do a few surveys through persistence. I kept pressing submmit and it wasn't changing the page, but pressing f5 did.
Personally my big push this week is DY. I am at £35.60, and i want to try and hit £50 by month end. I have seen a few of you over there. I'm hoping i might get a shiny hat today to help me along. I'm concentrating on writing quality and getting lots of rates at the minute.
I might head on over to tol though after hearing more points were added this morning. I am at about 50k on there, and not that motivated.0 -
Thanks for the welcome everyone.
I am struggling with onepoll too. I am trying to do as many surveys as I can at the minute because its my daughters birthday at the end of next month and she wants sylvanian families things. I have managed to get virtually all of the things on her list and it hasn't cost me a penny! I have been cashing in all of my survey points for Amazon vouchers and have been buying all of her things from there. I must say though its becoming a bit addictive! lol0 -
also having trouble logging on to 1poll it just wont let me
am confused by the dtd thread im going thurs wit mum so will just buy what i normally would
my looney points gone up a little today half way to redeem, my personal challenge for nxt month is do an opinion a day i have trouble finding 80 words to say usually
got 9 items on ebay i listed on free weekend 1 bid and a couple of watchers so far am addicted to checking several times a day

Dear all.
We launched our new site yesterday morning and since, we've been suffering from performance issues with our new site.
We are working extensively to fix this as soon as possible.Saving 2.00 coinsGrocerys set to 40.00 pwBeing Thrifty0 -
Stressed - Have a look at the Tesco thread that has the lists on (not the very long one) make a note of things that people have bought recently and buy them in one transaction, and then pay for the rest of your shopping altogether - say it's for an old lady or something if they ask. The reason being - if things are cheaper at Tesco in your normal shopping, then the things that are cheaper in Asda will cancel each other out, and you may not get anything back. Just buy a few things separate, that's what I did, it will make a difference to your purse - I just get mad when people go overboard.
ETA: Thanks Esmer for the info
Legend - Ahh bless you hun. I thought you were the LEGEND, but I reckon we all are. Group hug - but I'm not putting that smillie up, it's rude.
Twinkle - excellent advice hun. Thanks so much. I haven't done any reviews or surveys yet - I forgot I was booked on a jewellery making taster course this morning. Doh!!! I had to run, and only just made it. I might sign up to the stained glass making course if I'm brave enough. Will post a pic of the bracelet I made on you know where later.
I can't even get on Onepolly - I haven't a clue what's going on there - I just hope they don't want the £40 back that they overpaid me.
Rufus - Thanks for the heads up about T. I only need 427 points, so I'm off to do polls next. Hopefully there's enough to get to payout - that may make me feel like I'm acheiving something.
Livermum - you sound like an expert at this money making - you don't need us. LOL Have you got any tips - I'm flagging
Michelle - find me on DY - and I'll add you. I really need to get going again - haven't done any for weeks. You made me laugh, with the shiny hat thing - had me wondering what you meant for a mo. :rotfl:
Oh no - the sun's going in a the clouds are coming. I hope they go away and it brightens up again soon. Don't you feel a hundred times better when the sun is shining? I know I do. :cool:I :heartpuls M.S.E.

I think that I'm doing well because I am working towards something. I have just been made redundant so I was worried about how I would cope with my daughter birthday list. Because I can see that I am getting things from doing these surveys it makes me more determined and I'm a lot faster at completing them now because after so many you sort of know what's coming next. I have only been doing the survey sites since January when somebody mentioned them on another thread.0

Sorry to hear you've been made redundant Livermum. It's good though that you have something closer to aim for - Christmas is a long way off, I'm all sorted for Birthdays in the near future, so I don't have to buy any until November time, and I'll be doing Christmas as well obviously.

I just made my redeem on Toluna - so I'm waiting for five (since Christmas). - I only did four all last year - so I'm not doing so bad really.

I find it hard keeping all these different plates spinning, but we somehow do it don't we.
5 redeems are really good on tol in three months. I haven't had one yet, but i was put off after they took nearly 3 months to pay out my first redeem. I get the idea more now how to do it too. I found some of you on there already and said i was Pammys friend.
Elysia i may have made you chuckle, but it worked and i had one this morning, so i am now at £37. I'm sat looking round now wondering what to review next.
I just found you.;) 0 -
Thanks Michelle - will go over and add you now. How is Pammy? She hasn't been on this thread for ages. I must go and find her on the DFW boards and say hi.

ETA: Added you, thanks for the ratings. I'll do some of yours too. Congrats on your Crown. Woohoo. It's great when you get one - it really boosts your points. I'm on 84 reviews but do a few and give up, do some more and give up. I need to give myself an aim - say two a week or something.
