The vouchers still run out on the date stated on the Amazon certificate whether you add them to your account now or later. You don't always get an email from Amazon when they are expiring, your balance just goes down so you need to keep track.Reward tv £5.000 -

Got a virus from ebay at the weekend that had killed it so I'm waiting for the IT guys at work to fix it. Until then there will be minimal anything from me
I hope they manage to save my files else I won't know what is going on with being thrifty gifty or my business so my total may have to wait another day or two. I do know I found £1.72 road kill, thanks to the OH not emptying pockets.
Happy St David's Day!!
Funny you say that, my antivirus kept blocking loads of attacks at the weekend when I was on e-bay. I did a full scan later in the evening and all is clear thankfully! It's easier to get forgiveness than to ask permission0 -
Thanks for that Aspella I will have to check the ones I have. I hope the ones you get from loonie have a long shelf life, till after July anyway. Think the ones I have in my email are a year so they will be alright.
Been having another go at loonie tonight, did a new topic and been checking everyone elses and getting up to date. Have also done another review on doou. Have worked out that doing the reviews I do which are the lower level ones I get 100 points per review and approx 30 peeps rating each so works out about 400 points each review. At this rate I need another 7 or 8 to reach my target for this month to get my next voucher. Then to go for the £50 next time round it would take 125 review!! We have a lot of dvds at home, probs over 1000 so would be possible plus I can review the shopping as and when I use any of it. Will just be a lot of typing lol. I need to get this done by end of May so it gives me time to redeem and get the money in time for daughters birthday in July.
Just put the football on as I am bored. On my own tonight as OH working and daughter is out with BF. Done all the surveys etc so nothing left to do. Cant be bothered to put another film on tonight as not in the mood to watch one.0 -
February ended on a high - Regency Hamper I won from Morrison's/Ski competition was delivered, really impressed - perfect as a Mother's Day present (will add a few more bottles of wine). March has started with me being able to request a L2S voucher from 2Luna. I also found out that I won the footie competition on LS - an extra £2 added to my balance.:j
Totals for February
Bingo - £10 Amazon voucher
Cashback sites - £137.85 (Crunch, GPB, FC, LS, TC & TCB)
Surveys - £15 L2S voucher (requested)
Total £162.85
Well done everyone on your totals for February.0 -
Pity you didn't live near me Rufus - we could have gone and done a carboot together.
I usually do it on my own, and it's a bit of a nightmare when mnc. if you see what I mean. LOL
Aspella fab results there. Wow. I'm halfway on the bingoThanks for pointing it out. Congrats on winning the prizes too - I'm not very good at comps, I hardly win a thing. I think this month, I may try and enter a few on the comp board, if I win anything I can always eBay it to earn some cash.
Amazon vouchers usually have a 12 month shelf life so to speak, so if all of your vouchers have been earned after Christmas you should definately be OK.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

elysia2003 wrote: »Giggles - The product tests are a bit 50 - 50. Some are food, crisps, cereals etc. Some are face creams, and hair dye, as you've heard recently. Just sign up, and if you receive something you're not sure about, don't carry out the test - presumably they have some kind of survey you have to fill in to see if you qualify first anyway, so if you mention the excema you might be discounted.
Great to see you happy about the car boot challenge - I haven't done one myself for 18 months, and I sooo need to sort out this house. It'll be great if the weather changes soon. I notice the daffs are flowering in my garden today, so we're getting there.
Think I will put it on my to do list for the weekend then. I may as well join up, not loosing anything by joining am I:D.
Although saying that I seem to have been havingsome success with controlled my ezcema this past week (fingers crossed). Started a lactose free diet on friday (although not completely just removed milk, cheese and cream directly not all foods with any milk at all in as this would have been a HUGE undertaking) and I have really noticed a difference in my skin. And the more I think about the more I am convinced I am lactose intolerent. I seem to have some of the other symptoms listed too which I had never seen as a connection before like wheezing, which I always just thought was my asthma, and I have had a blocked/stuffy nose for a few years which I was told was inflammed airways, plus if I have something very rich in cream/milk (like tortellini with cream ham and mushroom at my favourite italian!) I get stomach cramps and need to toilet within 15 minutes of eating the meal. I always thought it was just because the food was rich but now I am wondering if its because the lactose content was so high. The doctor said to give it 3 weeks to see how I get on and if I think there is a connection she will refer me for allergy tests. So *fingers crossed* as I would love to have some sort of explanation as to why my skin behaves the way it does. It has been a constant battle for 10 years and I am at my wits end now so would be lovely to have an explanation and you know what.... lactofree milk is yummy!
I did 2 or 3 (cant remember!) car boots last year in a massive farmers field. I used to do local ones then was told about this one last year and much prefered it. On a good day at a local one I would make approx £90-£100 but at this massive one between me and my partner we made over £200 on the first one! And the 2nd time it was a drizzly, overcast day and I still made £100! You would be surprised what people buy at car boots, but saying that as I love shopping at car boots too I know people want a bargain so I do price my items at a bargain price, because put simply.... I would only throw them away or give to charity anyway! I have the odd thing I think I would rather take home then sell for less than £x but most things I sell for 50p or £1. Mainly because when Im shopping at a car boot I cant so no to something if its 50p haha0 -
Thanks for the new challenges Elysia, I don't know of any car boots around here so will look into it, I always used to go years ago.
I always try to dry some of my washing on the airer and on rads but like to use the dryer for certain things otherwise they end up too hard for my liking but I will try to cut it down more.
I already use the petrol prices website so will continue.
I love testing products but like giggles I have eczema, mine is quite bad I was born with it and it has never left me although has got less severe as I aged so will just avoid make up, creams etc, food ones are the best!
I have a laptop thats faulty that I will put on ebay and see how much I can get for it.
I will try harder to get myself motivated with the surveys and opinions again this month sorry all for being such a let down with them, must get motivated!
My cakes went down so well with everyone I am just watching CSI then will be making some more tonight.Aiming to completely pay off the credit card in 2012!0 -
Dont forget everyone, Radox's Selfish Reading Hour free book again this month, I think it's only one per person so maybe use a different name?

Thanks for the Challenges Elysia, have already started on the saving we have no garden so rely on either tumble drier if urgent or a clothes horse (I hate the thing!) so I have improvised, I have run out of my expensive shampoo (kerastase £14 a bottle) and bought a deal in the lloyds pharmacy 3 for 1 offer, 2 aussie miracle shampoos and a blanx toothpaste for £3.00. Love the shampoo so will be stocking up when if I can find some more, big saving and smells fab.
I was thinking the other day I wish someone would invent a price comparison site for petrol and you made my wish come true, well, found a site at least :rotfl:not sure how much where I usually go is but the cheapest is Sainsbury and they have free air and water so will make sure I go here in future, makes sense to use the hoover to valet the car myself too
Signed up to the product test sites, every little helps
I'm a bit scared to do a car boot sale, probably would be great to clear some space in the house but the last time I did one we had people steal items from the table, and nasty people demanding lower prices
Have a broken camera to sell, I dropped it and the zoom lens was fully expanded, it was kinda bent diagonal and I thought perhaps if I pushed it back in it would magically be fixed. I was wrong but I'm going to try to sell it, may only bring in pennies though
Hope the cakes go well kec hun, yummy!
Sorry to hear about your excema giggles, hope you can get an allergy test done x
Well done on your wins and totals Aspella, how fab!
I love your quilts rufusdog, you are so talented x
