All this talk of car insurance, had a letter today to say my insurance expires on Sunday, letter took two weeks to get here, thanks for the short notice!!! :mad: My fault for not checking but how annoying!

Every quote I have annoyingly is more expensive, which wouldn't be that bad but none of the cheap ones accept monthly payment and my bank is abit trigger happy with the fraud button so when I do find a quote which accepts monthly I am going to have to spend ages on hold to the fraud team to say that yes! it was me! authorise the deposit please! :mad:

Everyone's still ill and I'm finding hard to keep my cool today, going to have to do a big ebay sort out I think to lessen the blow and dooyoo here I come!

What fantastic timing eh? Sorry to vent, but if I don't I am going to resemble an active volcano today :rotfl:

well done elysia on finally getting there- i cashed out last year and upto £10 a long road in deed
face cream trial ends this weekend had to send email to loony bods as only credited half what they stated for survey
posted my 3 ebay things sold got 2 that have bids and finish weekend
was gonna do a vista order but gonna see that quidco pays for last 2 first
survey network doesnt like me either but will persist

Savvy, don't forget to have a look at Aviva, they insured me (6yrs no claims:A and still classed as a young driver) for £220 fully comp as they were doing 3 months free insurance. AND don't forget cashback sites!

I have also been stung with an increased insurance this year (went up last year too grrrr) so going to have a shop around this weekend. Thanks for suggesting Aviva twinklecat, will give them a look as I have about the same no years and am 25 so don't think I am quite out of the dreaded young drive age range yet!

For all you young un's, get your car insurance sorted before the first of March. They are all due to go up then, in line with what the lads get charged. Sexual discrimination and all that jazz - why couldn't they just lower the lads car insurance, they get enough money out of everyone.

I nearly fainted earlier - I had my first survey off Song People - I got screened out though.

Well done Elysia, I got screened out on onepoll today.

Do you all put savings you have made by using vouchers or discounts away for Christmas and count them in? I have a savings tin and when I get, for instance, a £6 off £40 spend at the supermarket which I am going to use tomorrow, I put that in. I had over £100 last Christmas.

OH has had a day off today so haven’t got anything done. Went to toddler talk this morning (it’s to help my eldest with his speech although his only problem is he is shy!) and then went into town. Got my son a red Ferrari toy car from a charity shop for a £1 he was so pleased so was I!
Well done on your onepoll payout elysia, I’m a bit of yet got £26!!
