Sorry I missed your earlier post Kirsty – I must have been typing at the same time as you. Friday is Pizza night in our house too. Well done on your bargains. I have two No 7 vouchers to use. Can you give me a clue what to spend them on - What did you buy? I have no idea – I’m one of those strange people who don’t wear makeup often, so I usually buy bits for DD1’s Birthday (or Christmas stocking). I hope the good karma comes back. I do that too. I had the last sanctuary one I wasn’t going to use, so I sat it on the shelf ready for the next shopper there to pick up
Kec – have you messaged the last bidder to pay. They may not have been on the computer when it ended, and have forgotten they placed a bid – I’ve done that plenty of times – It’s not intentional. Just say you’re reminding them that payment is due, and if they don’t pay by Monday evening you are going to report them to ebay. J It works for me.:D
Flycatchers – thanks for the info. I’ve not been getting paid for most of my surveys as the final one hasn’t been registering my answers – there’s been a server error or something like that. I’m getting a bit miffed but I keep getting the odd 8p from referrals so it’s going up, just very slowly.
Stressedah – I had that same survey yesterdayBrilliant. Why can’t they all be like that?
Savvy – do you still have the email with the link on? I think it was stepmum or it could be twinklekat – anyway, someone messages Toluna and tells them. After it happened three times to me today, I did this, and hopefully they’ll get back to me. At the very bottom of the email there is a contact us link – I sent it there.
Legend – I downloaded that and although they said it wouldn’t affect my computer it did. It slowed it down so much, as all the processes were running at the same time. I deleted it ASAP. Just keep on eye out. If yours slows down too, it may be that.
Zangels – I don’t want to worry you but you might have to get one from the manufacturer. The one we bought off Dell two years ago cost more than £70.
Sorry you couldn’t get onto BP restricted. I had trouble like that the other day, when I was going to do my posts in the day.
Kec – I know it gets frustrating, keep with it. I have an 8 yr old and a 19 yr old. 1. You can borrow them if you like and 2. That happened to me last week, they only had surveys for parents of 13-17 yr old kids. Arggghhhh.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Welldone on your day
That was meI won a full house last night too, so close to a redeem again
very happy.
WOW! Uber organised.
Morning Everyone. I need to sort out all my bargains and who is getting what.:rotfl:
Ebay is not going too well. I have a 1 day 4hrs left on all my goods, and I think ive made 11.00. Not too great. I hate to see stuff that is clearly a lot of money going for buttons, thats why I dont really like ebay, would rather give it to charity and see the charity get the money. Wedding dress is doing my head in, it stunning and its not even got a watcher.I Off to the charity shop or freecycle I think.
have a good day, I wont be on bingo tonight, going out to dinner :T
Just a thought re the wedding dress if theres no buyers on ebay, have you got a local paper with free ads, long shot but worth a try xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Ok, can't play bingo as charger won't work on the lap top. I'm on my phone, so who knows where you can buy charges for your lap top from? I'm stressing now that I won't be able to keep up with stuff. Iv got things on ebay ending this weekend and things to list swell. Help!!!!!
One of the other lovely ladies may of made a suggestion, just working through the posts.
I got my replacement chargers from amazon, as the 1st one Bailey chewed through, and my netbook, - wound to tight....... think one was £16, the £18 with postage.
Argos did sell a one for all charger (you just changed the end piece, but when I read through got the impression it was excluded from 30 day policy? yet you would need to open it to try it!!
Both mine are Dells, there was a couple of chargers that were a couple of quid cheaper, but they were alternatives, and for the extra couple of quid, went with Dell ones. They were brilliant, both delievery within 5 days, UK sellers (thats the bit to take more notice of!!). xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Thanks Elysia I had 2 items not paid for and messaged both twice, one was paid for instantly after second message but this one still no reply, I have reported it as an unpaid item now so they will get a message from ebay, I had a funny feeling they wouldn't pay as soon as they bid!
Oh re the kids I will do you a swap if you like, you can have my 2 cats if you like they are a nightmare, little one kept me awake most of the night practising jumping from the chest of drawers and seeing if she could land on the bed :rotfl::rotfl:
Oh did my weekly shop last night and have spent £45 and saved £18 this week, really pleased as they had quite a few of my quorn things on offerAiming to completely pay off the credit card in 2012!0 -
I'll swap for the cats when they're playing up. (the kids not the cats)
What a brilliant saving on your shopping. I love it. Once ebay are informed people pay very quickly in my experience. :j

Good morning all. We're off to Teignmouth on the train today, how very exciting! Typical that I have loads of surveys to do, fingers crossed they are still there when I get back. Got my beef pie on already this morning, child is washed and dressed, OH is doing something - not sure quite what but Wolves are playing Liverpool this afternoon so the house is split.... I'm hoping Wolves do the double!
Played some free bingo the last couple of days, am up £48 on C0sta
My OH had really got on board with money making, I gave him our January total last night from our ebay and amazon sales - nearly £250!! He then got all excited because he has got some alloys and other boy things to sell.
I just wanted to say thank you to every single on of you on here for giving me the motivation to do ebay, amazon and surveys. This is money that was just gathering dust a month ago, and now our savings are more than 16p! Thank you everyone xxxDribbling my way to £11k... so far £653.69/£11000

kec09 - know the feeling with ebay, it so annoying.
my ebay psp has come back, had to sign for it , know the postman well and he caught me going down the drive....the bad news is its not the one i posted. Its the same box, manuels leads etc, but not the same psp, this ones scratched to bits and parts missing.
I sent the buyer an email telling them to escalate it to ebay and that i was disgusted with their dishonesty, i know i`ll probably lose but i want ebay to be aware of what they`re doing.
Good news is I`ve posted a crafting cd on and it has buyers already, think I`ll stick to selling clothes in future. So when theres a free listing day I`ll try that.
savvybunny - so glad you got some bits sorted. And the same thing happened to me on luny tunes. 45 mins wasted.:(
zangels, i got my charger on ebay, uk seller.
twinkle have a great day out and we`re all here to help each other, so now your in the gang, you can help us like we help you , thank you :TChallenge 2018 - Learn by heart the Book by Wayne Morgan on Amazon - Betfair Football Trading as it helps to supplement my small income :beer:0 -
Susan that is so bad - you did say that it had your postcode marked on the one you sent out didn't you? This could actually be your saving grace as you can prove to ebay that the one you have received back doesn't have this can't you....
Good luck, and I think you should name and shame the buyer....Motto: You gotta be in it to win it!:j

Hi dee_cb!
The polls you do should be automatically added (these are the 15, 30, 45, 60 point ones) but he proper surveys for like 1800, 2400 etc points in my experience usually get added the next day although it does say it can take up to 6 weeks. As far as I'm aware, there's no limit to how many you can do.
You should do the interest surveys as you get 300 points for each one plus 2000 points when all completed. I managed to get my 80000 points in 14 days (with about 4 days of not doing anything) but then loads of people say it takes weeks, if not months to actually get the vouchers!
Hope that helps x0
