Elysia - I opened a paypal dispute as it's been ages since I ordered from them, my item was sent out yesterday apparantly but they cancelled one item and still charged full price so tbh I'm just going to refuse delivery and have paypal refund me, I can't be doing with chasing companies for money.

ELC owe me £8 which they still haven't refunded 2 months on after confirming they would, and Next haven't refunded me £20 for missing items in a delivery and boots owe me around £30 which still hasn't been refunded. Sick of having to chase companies it shouldn't be this stressful, now with Disney on top I just can't be doing with it all

Susan - Don't worry about your error, I'm sure plenty of chinese people reside in the UK, it wouldn't affect you getting your samples. In fact I'm I have done a similar product test with them before and they give you a £10 amazon voucher, really quickly too and the test is yummy

Evening all, hope everyone is well. I am just about keeping up with reading all your posts but not enough time to reply. I'm playing my bingo now as won't be able to get on later, should be able to get a redeem tomorrow.

Have sent a message to 2 loony as non of mypoints from surveys, polls or opinions have been added so I am reluctant to do any more till I get a response as to what is going on.

I think that ebay buyer is disgraceful and dishonest, I would be inclined to report it to the police too - that is what puts me off selling anything on there - I've never bought too much either as friends have been duped on what they have bought which has put me off. I know it is only a small minority but they do spoil it for everyone.

Savvy - I can't believe how lax these companies are getting lately. They're quick enough getting the money off you but they don't want to give it back.

Dee - when you do an opinion, can you make the reply 10 words. It doesn't matter to you as you get paid per reply, but if it's more than the 10 words, it puts people off replying.

Susan I can't believe what that buyer has done, I really hope they do something about it, its disgraceful, I'm scared to sell my NDS now.

That person on eBay is I disgrace. I reallyvwould go to the police. Especially with yours having the security mark on.
I'm struggling by with just the phone and things take longer.
I mention bingo port to try and do posts but can't. I actually ended up quoting the original post and then that was my reply. It was completely by accident so hope I don't get kicked off. I only risk it on one and gave up after that.
Not sure if to play the bingo tonight while I can't do my posts.
Can't list on eBay either only check what I'm selling.
Hopefully I will find a charger somewhere tomorrow.

I agree, customer services in all these places have been awful too, next have no communication and told the hermes driver I reported him for non delivery, I told him that they have crossed wires and I didn't say that at all, really embarrassing and the poor driver probably got in trouble for their error. A few months back I had a few troubles with house of fraser and they were completely rude and dismissive, I felt they couldn't care less about my custom. Having said that I have had some great customer service from other companies recently. Maybe the big companies are feeling the pinch too?

All tooloona'd out today, going to get on with lightspeed/mysurvey and update my present list before wrapping them all tomorrow and packing them away. Hubby taking dd out so I can get on in peace and quiet hooray!
