I am aslo worried about my ebay items. I only have one 99p bid on one thing and nothing on the others.
Im planning on listing som more on sunday and have already achieved over the original target so i am still pleased.
Im having a day doing surveys and toluna today so i can have a survey free weekend,
Well unless any big one come up.
Did any one do the £4 text survey with vo? I did but nothing is showing yet on my account and i finished it on tuesday?
I will be gutted if it does not go on as i put alot of effort into that.
Hope everyone is ok today.
i have a big family gathering this week end so no surveys, toluna or BP for me:( hopefully next week I will be able to spend more time on moneymaking - the last week has been spent making family's Christmas and birthday presents. dare I admit on here for 2010:eek:- when I knew I wouldn't be seeing them till now I sort of forgot about them and didn't hurry to make them concentrating on those I needed for christmas. will you allow me to stay on here being to disorganised:rotfl:

Well have made over £100 on ebay this month after charges so am really chuffed. It is all going in the holiday pot so once I've got my ironing done (the pile is mountainous!) I will have another purge at listing and try for the same again next month.
OH and I are living hand to mouth at the moment, we are trying to meal plan - I need to go through the freezer and see what we have and can then meal plan for shopping next week. I bought a 7.5kg bag of potatoes from Mr T yesterday for £1.95 which I thought was quite a good bargain, should last a couple of weeks hopefully!
Susan - back to the ebay thing, I can't believe your buyer has listed your item himself. As per everyone else, please take a screen shot and inform ebay what he has done. That is so bad, it puts the honest decent ebayers in a bad light and some of us use it as a legitimate way to make some money. I hope you get it sorted with the right result. Please keep us posted and if you need to rant about it you know where we are!
Mum2one you were busy at Boots weren't you - I nipped back today, but they didn't have anything, so I suppose in a way I saved some money! Well there is 70p left in my purse which i will tip into my sealed jar and then I can start again for next week.
See you all on BP tonight xxMotto: You gotta be in it to win it!:j

Does any one on here sell their crafty gifts and things? I really enjoyed doing home made gifts for the first time this year.
I got a good response from people and would enjoy doing it.
I do not have the slightest idea of how to go about it though?
I was thinking of trying nappy, towel etc cakes for different occasions and then also hand made gifts for special occasions like easter, christmas.
Would i need any certificates or licenses?
Where could i sell them?
I know its not directly about this thread but you lot are so helpful and nice.Looking forward to new ventures :beer:0 -

Are you on facebook, i have sold a few things through friends on there, i need to find time to set up a separate page for people to share but not got around to it yet, also blog your items and keep plugging it on fb, it is a slow process depending on your access to people but it works.
School/church fairs are coming up, also all the easter things will start, never done one so hopefully someone can help with insurance or anythingThrifty Gifty Money Making =£280 Sealed pot challenge 1192 Toluna = 77339 Bingoport = £10 redeemed + 33470 -

Hi All,,woo hoo its Friday!!!
had a bit of a spend after work, went to homesense they had a clearance section and I bought a few items for £2 or £3 each. Beautiful things in there so I am well chuffed. Popped into m & s to get pizza for kids tea, spotted they were just moving to that section to reduce any that needed it. I got 2 reduced to £1.50 each ;-) so one in freezer for next fri.
Next to m & s is boots so I went in to use my £5 voucher, was chatting to the manager on the till (he was hilarious so much fun,he was helping choose stuff) and he said it was 342 plus my voucher for £5 off no 7 so I managed to get my items then i did it all again as he gave me another voucher LOl I already had another one I found outside Lidl! So I gave it to a lady who didnt have one :-) I am hoping my pay it forward kind deed will come back to me in the form of a lovely lottery win LOL
Am off to iron and photograph my ebay stuff, hoping to get some listed on turbo booster tonight but am soooo very tired, my feet hurt and I need to have a long soak and pamper with all my new treatments !!
Have a fabulous weekend allLife happens when you are busy making other plans

That's great Esmer and a darned sight more money than if you didn't bother
I knew you could do it. Just got to keep with it for a bit.
Rainbow - I've signed up to that many now, I just wait for surveys to come to me. It sounds familiar so I may have signed up.
Susie/Zangles - I think you only need insurances if you are going into a proper business. Just making a few things here and there you should be OK. Have you looked at Folksy and Etsy - a bit like ebay but sells things people have made. You can have your own shop on there, and while I'm not sure about prices, I do know it's not expensive.
Foxy - When you've done your ironing, can you pop around and do mine - I'll pay you. Well done on doing the meal plans. That's something I should do really. I've been to Tesco today and bunged everything I fancy in the trolley (note to self do not go on empty stomach again) I don't think there's anything real to eat - just junk.

Evening all,
Hope everyone is well
Finally got my windscreen replaced yesterday but annoyed as its not exactly the same, I had a sun strip along the top which the new one doesn't have, I know its not much but its bugging me that its not there lol I'm sure I will get used to it though!
Went to the ballet last night so no money making for me yesterday.
I still have one ebay item which ended Sunday that has not been paid for and no response from buyer grr, they only have 10 feedback and one says did not pay so I am not holding out much hope, typically it was a £10 item so made less than £100 on ebay now.
Plan to do a lot on T tonight as I haven't been on for a few days so will look out for everyones polls and opinions.Aiming to completely pay off the credit card in 2012!0
