Day care, nursery are all great for kids. My dd loves her nursery, and no matter how much you love your wee one, you need ME time, time for you, your partner etc. She needs to have time away from you too, its all healthy, and good for all around.
If its the place that your unsure of, then think of somewhere else. But if its because you miss her then try and go with it, you might get to enjoy a few hours on your own, and dont feel guilty about it.

I definitely think she needs to go to one, it's just the place itself - they were inconsistent with discipline (while I was there one of the bigger kids knocked over a smaller one three times, one time my smaller one  and they dealt with it differently each time and didn't actually keep an eye on him so he couldn't do it again), they were using the same tissue to wipe different kids' noses and when I came back after an hour I peeked through the window for a few minutes and Wee Beastie had been parked on a sofa and was being ignoredwhen I went in poor Wee Beastie had the saddest face I've ever seen. And before I left two of the ladies had settled down on chairs with books to read to other kids and didn't bring WB over with them, so although I could see she wanted to join in and didn't feel confident just to walk over there, the ladies didn't see it.

Defo not for anyone, sounds like an animal park, not a daycare centre. My wee one goes to one, and they kids are in different rooms depending on their age. They have wipes sitting, so defo not using the same one, thats just a health risk!
I hope you find a good one soonSaving 2.00 coinsGrocerys set to 40.00 pwBeing Thrifty0 -

Oh that made my heart go out to Wee Beastie! Bless her. Yes, you're right, find somewhere else. DD goes to a private childminder (husband and wife who are both registered child minders) and they can have up to 8 children under a certain age, plus a few bigger kids after school finishes. It's lovely - suits DD completely - she's very sociable but gets the attention she needs (at just 13 months!) because of small numbers.
mum2one - how did you get your free indian?? Jealous much! lol Sounds like the circus was fab though!
Have a good day all. I have to post the gas hob I sold for £72 today! :T Plus my wedding dress sold (not for masses, but it was cheap in the first place so I don't mind) but the buyer hasn't paid yet....

Popped to town earlier and got some cord for Grandson's hoody, hopefully daughter will be dropping one of his round later so I can get the new one cut out ready to sew.0 -
