I thought about the challenge yesterday - I have loads of UFO (UnFinished Objects) around the house - mainly cross stitches, so I had a sort through those and will start them this evening (to stop me thinking about food). I also sorted through my flosses and filed them all in colour order. Woo get me. LOL.
Definately need to tackle fridge this evening too - the freezer can wait until it's run down.
Stiltwalker - congrats on your little bundle of blue. How far along are you?
Clare - thanks for the belated wishes
Take care all xxxI :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

EASY
Thanks for the dates on Mothers day.
DD got too much for birthday, some items are now in my cupboard for recycling
All my presents are in my big cupboard in a suitcase J
VistaPrint I just cant get to work in Quidco. Im happy that I get the stuff for nothing and only paying the postage. My first one of the year is being dispatched 5 days early J one present, and a bag for DD at nursery.
Medium
I have booked a wee night away with my best friend and I am going to treat myself to a massage at the hotel.
DD is loving indoor Pirate chest just now. I hide a tin with goodies and I make up a map and some instructions on how to find this, she is only 3 and needs help, but she gets so excited with it, and she never tires of it, Im tired first J
HARD BIT
Need to do the fridge and the freezer cleaned out, and my baking cupboard. That is all happening when I move my fridge when I get my new table and chairs. They will go into the lounge, and fridge will go where my kitchen table is, and it will go to freecycle, then I get the dishwasher, its my treat to myself this year.
FUN
Im going to make door stops , all my doors need propped open during the day, and have unsightly wooden wedges, so I want door stops! Going to make a patchwork pillowcase for dd’s big bed JSaving 2.00 coinsGrocerys set to 40.00 pwBeing Thrifty0 -

mARY - That sounds really posiitve about the age concern etc, sounds like their going great guns, they may even suggest ripping out the bath and putting a careers shower in.( sent pm)
No probs re challenge, we worry about and make sure ok. Glad that your manageing to do some crafting.
stiltwalker - Sounds like your be juggling everything, what OU course are you doing, I'm aiming for BA Hon Business - start the last course for that in Feb, al long as pass get the basic degree then another yr to get the BA Hons side.
Miss Hoodie - good news the girl on her, so she told her she wasn't the teacher so pack it in, and the best bit....... my mums a governor, and shes in the next dr class helping them, so if you carry on I'll report you to my mother!!
The only thing thats bit worrying shes coming home with bruises over legs, - with no real explanation. I know that shes in top groups in her class, whereas the other girl isn't, so she can't kick her under the table... but the girl does thinks on the sly. Had a work with the teacher yesterday so at least she's aware.
Digressing completely, popped into Boots for phone top up, and ended going via 75% - got 2 religion mens toilettry sets ready for xmas. But there bringing in all the summer suntam lotions etc, there having a clear out of left over stock from last yr - I got double pack, Boots soltan factor 25, (250ml) and the same size after sun lotion, should of been £9.74 - reduced to £2.25....... got 4 of those, and a factor 50 waterproof reduced to £3.35 Johnsons one - do for miss Hoodie when we do the dolphin swim. Great bargains to be had.

Check on it later on, it will be there. Also my buttercream recipe.
I just checked, and although the pages are coming up properly now (work's internet is so unreliable!!!!) the last thing on there is the 2nd Jan.....
Also, can I follow your blog? Don't know much about word press blogs.
stiltwalker - congratulations! May is a lovely time for a Birthday (not that I'm biased!) - weather tends to be good and it's far enough away from Christmas!! Good luck with the OU degree - hubby is currently in the last 7 months of his social work degree. Blimey it's been hard work for all of us, BUT he does tend to leave things to the last minute, so it's his own fault! lol Rushing essays each time!! Good luck!
mum2one - :T:T:T for Miss Hoodie standing her ground!! Wonderful come back!! As for the bruises - what are they doing in PE? Is it something that could cause bruising? (Hockey?!) What about a new game in the playground?
My list of things to do for the challenge (Putting it here so I can remind myself!):
* Sort kitchen cupboard
* Sort DD's Bedroom - clothes and furniture
* Sort own bedroom
* Relax on Friday night
* Go back to doing DD's birth cross stitch!! (Was making good ground on it before she was born - since the birth I've not touched it!! lol)
* Put away our presents!!
* Sort stored and recycled presents
* Research local car boot sales
Right, off to do PROPER work (I know, it's a shock). Spreadsheets here I come.... have a good day everyone!
