each of my order historys (placed 2 orders) shows like this:

i paid by paypal and was refunded

It says shipped twice on my order history, would be amazing if we got two lots of orders!

No claire hun, I only ordered the one order next day delivery to better my odds dont know if it has anything to do with the fact it says 'awaiting cheque payment' twice at the beginning of the order? either that or perhaps my order went in two boxes?

Has anyone had a tracking email yet, that will be the confirmation I need to believe it!

I bet they are just having a giggle with us or their ordering system is on the blink

I too had two emails - again thought was spam so went onto their website and logged on and says mine has shipped - nothing taken from my paypal account and i received the refund back in december (note the transaction shows as Sterling Pharmacy). Will wait and see

Also just to add if you look at your order online at the bottom under all the items theres a message box - mine has details confirming my paypal transaction back in december! Maybe just maybe we will receive these.

Just had to have another look at my history on their site.:o

There's a bit on the order history where you can click on invoice in pdf form. I did that and it shows a copy of what looks like a postage label! Fingers crossed....:j

Just checked my paypal history, looks like I didn't get the refund from them so I hope my order does arrive now and I wouldn't even feel guilty the cheeky so and sos

The "tracking" bit may be where, if you look at your order on their website is shows the tracking there - as someone has posted an example of above, ie mine shows shipped today, i wouldn't have thought we'd have got anything else after the shipped email. Who's gonna be looking for postie eagerly now - as yes looks like invoice is also a postage lable for royal mail.

oops i didn't see this thread & have just asked on their fb page what's going on as i haven't placed an order recently & for some reason i'm getting this message when i try to get a new password on my account
There is 1 error :

1. You can regenerate your password only each 36000 minute(s)

so i thought someone had hacked my account!

Oh dear, you can go back and delete your message on facebook and then just ask about the password thing?
