Half Price Perfumes Glitch

I've had a preparation, dispatch and shipped e-mail today. Confused! I had my 'order' cancelled- even included a £1 lipbalm. Looks like my charge is £4.95. Better not be just the lip balm that turns up! Looking at the delivery charges up to 500g (?) is £1.99 and up to 10kg is tracked and costs £3.99. Either way, it doesn't add up! Hopefully my 4 original items are on their way after seeing posts from everyone else, but I'm not going to count any chickens just yet! Time will tell... HURRY UP, POSTIE!

Edit: Just checked my paypal account- £4.95 was refunded on the 23rd Dec with a note saying 'ordered whilst site updating- sorry ' No sign of the postie yet....

i too wondered about the delivery pricing - could it have been increased in price after xmas cos of the vat changes?

I've got shipped twice too - but I did place 2 orders which were both cancelled in December - curious! I love the mystery of these kinds of things, almost more than the actual items:D

i only placed one order so it seems strange that they have it shipped twice on my account?!? i guess it's just a matter of waiting to see if anything turns up lol :rotfl:

I just got 2 shipped emails, for 5 benefit lipsticks, said I paid 3.95 for p+p via paypal, I don't think I did, would be nice to get them

Also just checked my e-mail and I have 2 e-mails confirming my order has been shipped! The e-mails were in my junk folder though.
I really do hope these get honoured, I will be double checking to see if I did indeed get a refund, cos atleast then if I haven't I won't feel as bad

Funny seeing this pop up. This is only the second time I've heard of this site, the first was when my credit card bill arrived last month. Someone had a great time fraudulently using my details to buy hundreds of pounds of items from them. Thankfully it's now sorted out with the bank.

I should point out, in no way does this reflect badly on the site, I'd never even heard of them before let alone used them. My card details seem to have beem compromised in some other way. For all that I'm extremely careful with my details, I guess I was just unlucky.
