tax on dividends

Hey everyone
I was wondering if anyone could help me out... I have a "self-select" shares ISA with Interactive Investor.
I have recently added some USA-listed shares to the ISA. However, I have now been told that the dividends from these are subject to a 30% withholding tax in the USA
Normally, it seems that a form called W8-BEN reduces this tax to 15%
However, rather annoyingly, Interactive INvestor do not offer this option on their accounts.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, do you know of any ways to reclaim at least some of the tax from the US or UK authorities?
Thanks!
