  • I don't make it any other way. I hardly use my hob now or oven.
    I make all my recipes the same adding less water as the sc retains the moisture.

    Just make your normal recipe up to the point of simmer, then put it in the Slow cooker. DO bear in mind you won't loose much liquid as it won't evaporate

    I just use minced beef,onion, passata and a can of red kidney beans in chilli sauce
