the pods from viking although on the surface seem quite a bit cheaper than the supermarkets, dont really work out that much cheaper, as the advertised price does not include vat, and unless you spend £30 you have to pay postage, so that will probably push the price alot closer to the supermarkets, unles of course you plan on buying in bulk:D:DTake every day as it comes!!0

Tea and Coffee are currently ZERO VAT rated. I accept your point about bulk buying, but unless you get a good supermarket offer, they really do work out quite a bit cheaper.0

hopefully they'll do another BOGOF - then time for a mega stock up!0

Viking Direct Business website says £30+ ex vat order for free del. Pods are showing as 1/2 price from £4.09 down to £2.04!
Viking Direct Personal website says £35+ order for free del. Pods are showing as £2.04!
Don't know how long @ £2.04?0 -
There is a recipe ; Luxury Lungo........
1 Scoop vanilla ice cream,
75ml Lungo
2 Choc Scrolls
Heat resistant cocktail glass
(1) Scoop vanilla ice cream into glass
(2) Pour Lungo over ice cream
(3) Garnish with chocolate scrolls
(4) Serve with tea spoon
It would be great to experiment.........0 -

Didn't go for choco back order incase price not preserved.

Is it just me or does the cappuccino and latte from the Gusto taste just like those crappy powdered "instant cappucinos" you can buy from the supermarket? Loaded with sugar and nowhere near as nice as drinks from Costa. Maybe I'm using it wrong - I've got the DG Fontana and I've never been able to get a decent drink out of it.poppy100

You can alter the volumes to your taste and skinny versions are avail.
I have been buying the Nescafe/other instants and they are not up to the all-round-appeal of the Dolce's.
I made an Expresso today, adding to some hot milk from the micro - nice and still layers!0 -
Prices changed unfortunately!!!! (typically Argos didn't stick to "current selling price valid to" on previous deal!!!!0
