advice on phoneboxdirect

i wanted to know what phoneboxdirect are like.

are they good at paying cashback

i tryed phoning them but there line seems to be busy.

please advise me or give me alternatives.

Very bad I think is the answer (at paying cashback) - best to stick to CPW/e2save/Mobileshop/ OSPS (maybe!).

my experience is otherwise, i got all my cashback with no problem, i m not looking for cpw/osps any more.

mughal u know when u claimed cashback with phoneboxdirect,

do you just send the bill required and claim form.

is that all you have to send ?

phoneboxdirect are very good. They even told me I had applied one month early and told me to re apply and I got the money!

oh ok. yeh not bad i guess. i will take out an order with them soon.

its look strange even cpw, e2save etc they are at receiving end lots of complaints, i personally have very good experiene with the link, phonebox and cpw.
but from the fourm its seems the best retailers are dialaphone.co.uk i have one contract with them now.

but other very good options are
mobileconnectionsonline.com give cash back every month v good for people living in birmingham.

dmcdiret.co.uk give u all cash back up front.

may be helpful to some body

to be honest. really i am looking for 12month free line rentals. i don't care what phone i get really. phoneboxdirect seem to have good deals running though. and i heard they are paying cashback as long as u hand in the installments within 30 days of recieving bills for required installement.
