Is your OH working Christmas Day??

My OH is working xmas even and xmas day. Only for a few hours so not too bad but it is the evening so unfortunatly we will be clock watching.

I am a nurse, and when I worked in Leicester, our nights started at 7pm, which meant leaving home at 5.45pm...I watched the clock like a hawk from about midday......I hope he manages to enjoy some of the day!

Off Xmas day and boxing day working from the 29th - 3rd.

OH off throughout.

Mine was sneaky and got his holiday booked in april! working xmas eve till 7pm then meeting me at my mums where we're staying, have lunch there xmas day then head to his mums, then home Hes off new years eve and day aswell

The shop I work in is shutting tomorrow night, so thats my last shift and doesnt open again till the 4th

I am off and so is OH this year, he has just been lucky with the way his shifts fell

He worked last year at Christmas as he had to, I don't mind him being at work at New Year but hate it when he has to work at Christmas.

I am not on my own at Christmas when he does have to work but it is not the same

OH isn't but I am, will be working nights christmas eve, christmas day, boxing day and lates (til 4am) on new years eve, the shifts haven't fell well this year.

I dont work over xmas at all but just wanted to say a huge thanks to all the peeps that work in viatal service's over xmas. hope that the holiday time you do get is fun filled
