Dongle help please

Hi my 3 mobile broadband pay as you go dongle is just coming to an end I had 12gb which I was very happy with I want to buy the same again ,I've seen it at £79 before I buy are there any offers out there that might be better for me please ?

I buy from ebay costs £40 for 4x3GB each valid for three months, no problems. search 3 data sim or amazon. You my also want to unlock your dongal.

Penny, I paid £149.99 for a dongle with 12gb prepaid in September 2008. It lasted me for around 11 months and I too was very happy with it. I was lucky enough to get another, old style dongle with 24gb prepaid for £118 in June 2009, thanks to MSE. This offer is no longer available.

Since then, prices have come down and allowances do not last so long as websites have more and more ads, moving displays etc.

The 12gb dongle is now £79 .99 in most places, but if you look at Dixons and maybe Argos it is £69.99.

As others have said, you can get SIMs with 1gb or 3gb on them: eBay is good for this. You can get them in packs of 4 or 10.

I'm also on 3 and in the last couple of months on a 12GB dongle at the moment. I'm also looking at Orange for £15/month for 12 months with £80 cashback, which costs slightly more at £100 but Orange offers up to 24GB over 12 months (12 GB anytime and 12GB extra to use at off-peak times.)

How about buying the 3gb/3month preloaded SIM for the 3 network at £10 each?

They have no start dates so you could buy several of them of them, as you insert the SIM and use it becomes active and the 3 months starts couting down (or 3gb if you use it before the 3 month period)

Ideal as they'll work in your existing '3' dongle.... sometimes these are sold for as low as £6 for 3Gb/3month.
