Not for myself as I don't use o2, but can anyone advise how to print a PDF version of the online o2 bill??
It's for an E2save cashback claim.
Has anyone who has o2 cashback claims managed this??

Thanks for any help.

Just take a screenshot and save as image format.

Thanks, that was the option I gave.
I'm sure there was a thread running a while ago (long while ago) which stated that the bills could be converted to PDF format.
I can't find the thread though.

o2 site does not allow PDF downloads (as you know) but if you have Word (2007 at least), you can use it to embed image and save as pdf. Kind of waste of time if you only want to print it off but if you want to send via email - it helps.

Looks like they accept the screenprint versions so that's a good start and the F11 tip should get the full screen version (this has been the main problem so far).
The person I'm helping has now contacted o2 and are being sent a "proper" bill (free of charge). lol

    Thanks again.

I have done that a couple of times, two months ago I cleverly saved a postal bill for 20+ days to send it for a cashback claim. And day before claim date I was tidying up and oops, shredded it into bin. Phoned o2 and got another one sent, in fact phoned twice with first not turning up quickly enough - then two turned up..... :D
  • Try installing a virtual pdf printer like cutepdfwriter. Once installed you can just print to this device as normal and it will save it as a pdf file. I use this method to print stuff off the web I want to keep on file.
