Mine arrived this morning! They sent it by first class post. I got the shampoo and conditioner offer. The body scrub looks lovely. They also included 2 mini samples of body lotion. Very impressed!!!

Got my first of 2 orders today. Haven't used the polish yet but the hand & nail cream is fab (nice subtle fragrance, absorbs quickly, doesn't feel sticky or greasy and leaves hands feeling very soft.) Also very impressed with delivery speed, complimentary sample sachets thrown in and of course the bargainous price! Only paid £3.99 for the lot (incl. delivery) and the postage cost them £2.24, so they can't have made much at all, if anything! That's the way to promote your brand and company though - I'll definitely buy Organic Surge again in future! :)
  • Just ordered mine no problem, went for tropical bergamot shower wash for £3.99, plus got free scrub. A lovely treat, I'm about to run out of face scrub too!

If you're sure that you've only paid £3.99 then lucky you! :)

I just tried again but still can't get it to work any more - brings up the message "Custom Text: H&G exclusive offer: Free skin perfecting polish with any facial skincare purchase" but doesn't actually deduct the £5.99 from the total.
  • I placed an order on 22 Dec and it went through fine. I received a confirmation email listing both items, but with a grand total of only £3.99. That is the amount that has been deducted from my bank account and I'm just waiting for the products to arrive now.

Given the problems that other posters have mentioned in getting this offer to work, I've just tried it again - the offer has now changed in that it specifies that you must buy a skincare item, rather than just any item (it is an offer advertised in Homes and Gardens magazine). As mentioned by other posters above, when you type in the code it adds the item, but doesn't deduct the charge, so I have emailed Organic Surge about it this evening and will let you know if I hear back in time (the offer expires on 31 Dec).
  • I had a reply from Jean Mackenzie to my email sent 23rd in which she stated code was ok. I mailed again on 24th with several specific examples amd a screen shot of problem, but have had no reply to date.

Just noticed on the Organic Surge Facebook page that they've done some freebie giveaways and fab offers recently, so it might be worth 'liking' their page so you can be one of the first to find out, if they do more of these offers in future...

Also, if they can get their facebook page "likes" up to 2011 by 21st Jan, they'll give all their followers 40% off one order (with free UK p&p) and a chance to win a pair of Take That tickets.

They currently have 521 likes so come on guys! :)

Hope this works as 40% off would be fab!! Nearly 600 likes so far so a bit of a way to go:(

Well if their popularity carries on at this rate it's definitely not going to happen!!!

If they'd done it differently and instead offered a freebie to the first 2011 people then they could've reached their target within hours, just from us MSE'ers alone! It certainly worked for Glayva!

I was going to get the night cream but Boots is now doing a promo "2 for £8 on selected Organic Surge". It's £7.99 so effectively I'm getting the 2nd item for free. Plus £5 off £20 parenting club code. :D

That's a great offer for the more expensive items, especially when it's something you wanted to buy anyway (unlike most of the grabbits I end up buying!!!)

With the voucher code I only went for the cheaper products, at £3.99, so with 2 orders I got 4 products for £7.98 (2 hand creams plus the 2 freebies)

I've had a reply and they are now aware of the problem and will be phoning me to take credit card details. Not quite sure if they are going to change the whole application process, but I'll ask when I hear from them, and post on here, hopefully today as the offer ends 31st December.
