Sorry - don't know why it wouldn't work if you haven't used the code already. As others have said, try typing the code instead of copying and pasting. I typed it in capitals (no particular reason, I'm just used to codes usually being in capitals). Also, I put the code in the voucher code box at the basket stage, rather than leaving it until checkout.

Hope everyone can get it to work

I added the polish to my basket along with the item i wanted then viewed my basket the free polish was there so i removed the one i added.

Thanks Autumngirl decided to treat myself to the bergamot body lotion, not used this range before, but I love bergamot & this will be light relief from from the cheap nasty stuff my mil will give me on saturday. (sorry to sound ungrateful but my sensitive skin reacts to most of the stuff she buys me even though I tell her not to)

(Btw I had copied the voucher code directly from the H&G website, so it's odd that they didn't note it in the right case if only capitals work... Oh well!)

Last night I tried to place a 2nd order and played around with it a bit but couldn't get the code to work again, so I thought it could only be used once per Customer. I just placed a 2nd order now (same account) and it worked when I did what Part Mouse advised in her post (thanks Part Mouse!).

I added a polish myself, along with the product I wanted to pay for, then when I viewed my basket and entered the code, a free polish was added as well, so just removed the first polish and the free one stayed!

Result!

Tried to buy the night cream but the code adds the polish to the basket and says "Details: H&G exclusive offer: Free skin perfecting polish with any facial skincare purchase" but still charges £5.99 for the polish?

I'm just getting "invalid code" whether I use caps or lc and no matter at what stage I try and add it. I've cleared cookies, but it's still the same. I've emailed them as I can't think what to do next!

This is what i kept getting, but then i went through the polish link in Autumngirls post and added the polish to my basket then went to my basket and added the code in capitals.

Then i took out the polish at £5.99 that i added which left freebie and my moisturiser. To take out of basket just change the quantity to 0 and update

Hope it works.
