In response to my earlier email, they eventually phoned me (after offer expired) and retook my order so hopefully it will arrive sometime soon. I asked whether it was too late for others who had a problem ordering, and unfortunately it is because the offer is no longer available. I guess everyone needed to contact them individually at the time.

Turned up today. It was posted on 29 December but I notice that it's come from Caithness in Scotland, so it must have been stuck somewhere.
