    I have also now got £3.99/month (rather than £9.99) - I emailed customer services saying that I was disappointed to be paying so much when others had better deals ... a day later I had a phone call offering me £3.99/month - which I gladly accepted!

    I just use the free delivery slots. Much more moneysaving ;-)

    If you are on the delivery pre-pay, do they stop sending you the 20% discount if you spend over £75 type offers? - is that the catch??

    I've not had any of those emails since I signed up - always figured that those offers were to get me to come back. Very rarely spend £75 with them though, so the delivery pre-pay works better for me.
