Maybe they charge by how far away you are?
They won't tell you the delivery charge until you sign up, and when you do they know where you are, so know what to charge you.0 -

it's showing on my account as 69.99 per annum or 6.99 per month x0

Well I bought it and it's come up as £3.99 for 12 months. It works out that I can have a delivery on a Friday at 4pm and still be able to edit it up to midnight the night before - so I can add anything extra I need once my veg box arrives. It'll be a handy way of getting fresh fish every 2 weeks and I'll probably not need to go in Tesco ever again - which is worth £48 year anyway.0

I pay £9.99 per month!!0

I also pay £9.99/month - I've been paying that for quite a while now (well over a year). I emailed customer services a few months ago asking why I couldn't get a cheaper rate as others were quoting, but didn't hear anything. Maybe it's time to try again ....!0

They have a page set up on Facebook..and they seem to reply to people on there so might be worth asking on there...0

I signed up last January when they had the offer on for £59.99 for the year and I've really used it!! 2 deliveries a week for the last 11.5 month - didn't bother over Xmas as we're not going to be here.
I got an email today stating renewal would be £109.99:eek::eek::eek:
So I rang up to cancel and they've just offered me £3.99 a month - same terms and conditions as before so it's even cheaper this year - £47.88:D
I tend to shop mainly from the offers page as well and my bills have come down from when I used Tescos!Noli nothis permittere te terere

I've signed up the £3.99 a month and finding it good value. The annual price was £69.99. huh?
I have been placing smaller orders more often as minimum order in £40, which is more convenient, plus picking the most convenient times.
much better service than tesco or sains.
very few subs.
I was disappointed that delivery over Xmas wasn 't included, and they were charging premium prices for deliveries. so I had a sains online that week.
thanks for tip to haggle on renewal.0 -
I was with them for a year at 9.99 a month then cancelled to try to save a bit of money. Got fed up with grumpy staff (not all of them - some are really nice!)/empty shelves at local Mr T so had another look at Ocado and was offered monthly fee of 3.99 so signed up again. Try to split my shopping into £40 loads so get really good value with several deliveries a month.
Deliveries are always on time, website easy to use, drivers very friendly/helpful, never any problem with a refund for the odd damaged item so highly recommended. HTH.0
