  • maybe but funny thing in all this is, when I wrote them a letter and complained they offered me a one off payment( not even half of what they imo owe me) as a settlement final payment of the dispute.

    So Shazsam, is your contract an ongoing one with a minimum 36 month term or not?

    Never mind why.

    Have you read your contract?

    Does the contract say that it will terminate at 36 months?

    Or did you need to specifically cancel at a point after thirty six months to terminate the contract?

    If you can answer these questions, I am sure you will be able to answer your original question. :beer:
