Has anyone on here heard of the above?
I have just seen a plot of land for sale on rightmove in Malvern with planning permission for the above and must admit to being intrigued as to how you can have a flat under garage
Please put me out of my misery and tell me its an error

You could look a bit further the RM link Catti provided for more info.
Scanning the appeal decision documents, it's in a conservation area, and after a bit of umming and ahhing, the appeal decision was favourable. Putting the postcode through RM to see what sort of prices other property is going for.. this could be an interesting buy for someone as a home at around the £20K mark. Especially someone younger. If they build it well and build it cost effectively.
