Hi everyone
I was forced to cancel my flight home 48 hours before the flight was due becose swine flu. As the tickets were non refundable I got only the airport taxes back. 24 hours after that the airline cancelled the same flight alltogether and refunded money to the travelers.
I have ended up playing a ticket for a flight that does not in the end exist at all. Can I ask for my money back? Is there any regulation I can read regarding this?
Many thanks
