Mobiles.co.uk final cashback question
Hi.
I have my final cashback clame to send off to mobiles.co.uk this week.
All my other claims with this contract have been paid ok.
I have to send off my decembers statement from t-mobile but there maybe be a problem.
I have another thread going about a problem with t-mobile on here.I took out another t-mobile contract last week through somebody else and as my billing date is 17/12/2010 i went onto t-mobile account to check.I downloaded my bill and there is an early termination fee on there. They have my old phone number and the new contract all on the same bill.If i send the whole 5 pages to mobiles.co.uk will they decline the claim because of this mistake(see other post).I have a PAC from them but i have not used it so the old number is still with t-mobile.

If the bill is the right month bill, it should be ok.
But if you are terminating a contract early and not got the right bill - then there might issue.0
