Today we have spent £9 on a new perspex window for our garden shed because next door's son and his mate kicked a football through it and broke the glass window. I'm really hacked off because the neighbour sent his kid's mate round to apologise, the son didn't even come and the neighbour himself hasn't even said sorry, let alone offer to pay for the window. I know it's only £9 but that's not the point. We would have probably said not to worry about it but he hasn't even offered. We're normally on good terms with him, but it's this sort of thing that makes you really cross :-(0

I agree completely! Common courtesy dictates that they should have at least apologised. I would be very cross - in fact, I am cross for you! :mad:Leason learnt :beer:0 -

I would recommend it for company, sloppy licks and walks in the autumn leaves and puddles if you like that sort of thing but not very DFW!
Unfortunately my little dog is at the age where he likes the idea of going for a walk but the effort involved is getting too much for him - i get that feeling sometimes;)
As for the coins, my OH laughed at me when i picked them up but now he does it too:rotfl:Experience is the toughest teacher because she gives the test first then the lesson

Hi Moozie,
Hoping for a no spend day today - so far so good:beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.

Hi everyone,
I over slept a little this morning so i didnt have time to make my lunch for today. So, Ive spent 35p on a bag of crisps for my lunch (not very healthy i know but Im not hungry) and I will spend 50p on a drink whilst working at the pub tonight
Not too bad.
