  • It depends on your priorities - Virgin is best for broadband and Sky is best for TV. Check out the channels you want, their availability and prices on both platforms and then check out broadband and telephone packages and prices on both. Then the decision is yours no-one else can make a decision for you without knowing what you want most.
  • Can only sing the praises of my SKY unlimited broadband. Moved from AOL earlier in the year & wish I'd done it so much sooner.

I have Sky tv at the moment, how much extra would it be to add on broadband? (as we're with a different company for that)

We have 2 boxes and the sports & movies and think it's about £57 a month? Our broadband is £18 :) would it be cheaper to combine?
The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.
  • Broadband is usually £5 extra (or that's what they told me). Sky broadband is good.

If you just want broadband, Virgin is usually cheaper. If you want TV and broadband, it's usually Sky.

Also OP, normally if you phone up retentions and say you're gonna leave and go to Virgin, they will offer your package half price for 6 months!

I'm paying £7.50 & think it's very reasonable. Have saved money moving from AOL & SKY is so much better.
