Try make a call it says ' call forwarding authorisation failed '

can go on the net using wifi or 3g
phone light status flashing green top right corner.
any solutions? only brought it today off some guy.

Could be blacklisted as not all mobile networks can bar IMEI on the SGSNs ! which means you can still access the internet even if you cant make calls. Have you disabled the call diverts ?0
