    Funny that this thread got started cos The DW and i went to Hastings yesterday with little man and we passed one of these Retro type shops and in the front window was my favourite childhood toy, Action Man!!! I mean, hadn't even thought of it for years and then, a shop full!!!
    And not like the modern (crappy) version with Sat Nav and Lasers etc. I mean the 'lever in the back of the head job that makes the eyes move'.
    This shop was packed with gear, from the little guns and grenades to a scuba diving kit!!! Happy Days :D

    ...ooh mega nostaga now, i also had a wuzzle and an amstard computer (15 years ago, the slanted lines were made of sqaures in a row and it took them huge floppy discs that were actully floopy! hehe!)

    Dad was a teacher, so we had a BBC Model B with huge floppy discs. It was really exciting as it had a huge 32KB of RAM :D

    johnny seven o.m.a [ one man army] all you need to be just that. rifle that can be anything you want it grenade launcher, machine gun,rifle etc and all the extras that went with seven actions believe hence the seven

    I loved my Girls World. its still at my mums and my daughter plays with it all the time.
    I loved spirograph and I remember a foil version with special paint to colour it in when you were done. tressie, tiny tears, cindy, and my space hopper which I used to pretend was a horse! ahhh!

    I had a Jacko in very good conditio and chucked it down the tip not very long ago... gutted, i discovered that i could have got £50-£80 quid for it on ebay!!

  • i always wanted a mr forsty but never got one, my mum aid i would get boredof it quickyl. didnt stop me asking for 5 yrs in a row though!
