my OH is a sucker for buying his toys from the past from ebay, he's got a he-man in the box that no-ones allowed to touch!!
when we first started going out 5ish yrs ago his dad was moving house and OH was clearing all his stuff out he had a black sack full of the original power rangers toys all in good condition i told him to keep them cos they'd be worth money but he dumped them, a few years ago we looked on ebay and they were going for loads of money!!!!!Other women want a boob job. Honey the only silicone i'm interested in is on a 12 cup muffin tray, preferably shaped like little hearts

Rubiks cube (a proper one, none of your rip off copy rubbish youknow!!) and a ZX81.
The ZX81 was facinating but a bit pants really. I could only programme it to add up and I think I created a stick man once. The programmes were all loaded by a cassetter player, and you had to turn the tape over half way through which normally meant the programme crashed!
I tried to cheat with my Rubiks cube. I had the book how to do it and could do one side off by heart. I re-arranged the stickers and showed my teacher that I had done two sides. He was quite impressed until he pointed out that two of the centre colour stickers were the same colour........ahem.....well I was only 10..........0 -
I cheated with the rubiks cube as well,I removed the stickers and my mum told all the neighbours I could do it and asked me to show them,I told them I was to shy to do it in front of anyone and arranged all the stickers in order in the house.(you could peel the coloured stickers off)
I cringe when I think of that.0 -

I still have him somewhere, I know where his shell lid is but my sons been playing with him and lost his body.
Still got my Bedtime Bear and Popple aswell, much to my neices disappointment as she tries to steal them.
Rubiks - got my son one last year, he hasn't seen it much :rotfl:
Tea pot and treehouse were cool, but I used to get in bother for swapping my Barbies for a boy down the streets toys. The year I swapped a garage and LOADS of cars for my Barbie caravan was the last straw, parents went loopy. Not my fault I found a boy who liked dolls as much as I liked cars :j
Got a scar somewhere off my Spacehopper, and them flaming TrimBalls
Fisher Price roller skate things were death traps aswell. One day I might be more organised...........

I had a Mr Frosty. I must have been a weak kid because I could never turn the handle to crush the ice! My dad had to do it. Or maybe we just had really hard ice.

You've brought back some memories with this thread. Vague vague memories.

March Grocery Challenge - £69.54 / £3000 -
I can remember the things i didnt get but wanted badly like sindy and all the things that went with her, girls world i wanted her so badly and cryed when my friend bought hers into school and of course mr frosty. All my mum would say was that they were a waste of money.I did have a pippa doll but my brother scalped her i also had a doll whose joints you could move and i can also remember a doll had that you could make her hair grow which i loved.
The only pram i remember having was one my dad was given by an ederly lady it was huge and you could move the bottom of it and put things into it like a secret compartment she also gave me an antique doll but my cousin got her head stuck down the settee and pulled the head off trying to get her out i never forgave him for that lol.0
