Orange broadband confusion

I've been a loyal Freeserve/Wanadoo/Orange broadband customer for a long time and have always paid for the higher level of broadband at £27.99/month. When Wanadoo brought out the cheaper options, I stayed with the £27.99 service because I noticed that my account was listed as 'uncapped' as opposed to tehri 'unlimited' which was subject to a fair usage policy.

To me uncapped means just that...uncapped.

However, I noticed yesterday that they are now offering 'unlimited broadband' for just £19.99/month which I assumed would have a fair usage policy. However, when i read their fair usage policy, it states

If you're on either our unlimited or uncapped broadband service then our Fair Use Policy applies to you.

And there is no mention of the actual data transfer rate.

I feel I've been ripped off and misled by the 'uncapped' term and would probably be better off swapping to the 'Unlimited' offer at £19.99.

Does anyone know where I can read up on the data rate allowance under this offer?

I don't know, but I'm on the 27.99 and I read that it is uncapped, but the "fair use" thing means not downloading loads between 6pm and 11pm. So if you download lots of stuff like me, do it over night or during the day.

I download up to 40 Gb a month, and they haven't cut me off yet.
