Pace Digibox Problems

Hi We've been having trouble with our ageing digibox not turning on either manually or with the remote control. Decided to buy another secondhand one (the same model but a little bit younger!), Blow me, this one is doing the same thing!!! The newer model worked for about 20 minutes and then went into standby mode, where it has stayed ever since.

Does anyone have a solution to this or are we going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new one? Thanks

Faulty power supply most likely.
Try this;

Unplug the power lead.press & hold down the back up button on the box & at the same time plug the power back in,keep holding it until the lights on the box come on & you get a message on the TV.
When the lights go out & the message goes away,wait a minute & turn the box back on.

If that doesn't work,you could try & get it repaired,check the sticky at the top of the forum.

Not worth repairing then, the best model for reception in Spain ( assuming that you are in Spain ) is the Pace 2600CI
