Im currently paying off arrears of £500 of £30.00 a month which im finding difficult at the moment i have rung them to try and get this amount reduced and they have said they cant reduce it! ...
does anyone know if i can try somthing else? or maybe arrange a DD for a lower payment each month i did try telling them somthing is better than nothing but they wouldnt have it
any advice . as i havnt payed the last two months
