Iceland have the cadburys ones. Think they're £1 but not quite sure (I only work there!) also have a selection of other cadbury xmas cakes. HTH

Sainsburys were doing them for £1 not so long ago, but they're now over £2
Not seen any in Iceland for £1, just some obscure make chocolate flavour log for £1

Has anyone sighted the Cadbury's Triple chocolate Yule Log this year? (not the mini ones). None of the big 4 supermarkets seem to have them

Just to answer my own post

I've been to Sainsbury's tonight, and they are doing them! They are called "Cadbury's Family Yule Log" this year.

Unfortunately they are all sold out as they've been on Buy 1 Get 1 Free(!)

The nice man stacking the cakes (who was very helpful) suggested they might come in overnight and be on the shelves by opening time...he even said I could ring up and ask if they'd come in and they'd keep it one side for me.

Excellent service from Sainsbury's. I will keep you informed

Dan's cakes is the obscure name to the £1 choc log in Iceland. My OH loves it but I'm not so keen.

The Cadbury's log will be in Iceland from November 30th and costs £2.

Coop

The only place that did them was Sainsbury's (sold out) and the manager told me tonight that he doesn't think he'll be getting any more in :O

I will try Lidl tomorrow.

I know it's a bit obsessive, but everyone has their thing at Christmas and this is mine!

Hooray!!! I was at Lidl at 8am this morning, and they've come through with the log!

Thanks SO MUCH for the tipoff, I never would have thought to try Lidl. Christmas is saved :j

A very short LogHunt this year - I have bought a Cadbury's Yule Log (accept no imitations!) at Sainsbury's The date is 18th December, but I'm sure it will be fine. Their Christmas cake stuff is on 2 for £3, so I got some mini Yule logs with it to keep me going until Christmas
