Does work if there is a room free. If no rooms left at this rate will say so. Probably only 1 or 2 rooms at each hotel at this rate. Just got one in London.

If you look at the hotel details "bars & restaurants" the HI Express usuallt shows "complimentary breakfast" Holiday Inns tend not to be
